NOTHING AT ALL WHAT A JOKE, SERVICE DESK? TECHNICIANS? Went in last Tuesday with what I thought was minor issues. My HP was slow or not connecting to the WiFi at all, thats it otherwise fine. My Toshiba had a green screen but audio when I try ed to watch a video out of FB, youtube, etc otherwise very fast and,everything else working. Last Tuesday went in just before 11am and got out around 2pm. First the manager looked, I say that cause he sure didnt know how to work on them with lots os well I dont know, could be, maybe gave up said his top computer guy, guess he was referring to sales not servic, they said needed a toonup, installed checked both all was fine. Need to mention think the manager spent more time on phone, radio and working copies than on the computer. Ok, after having major back surgery was pretty well hurting by the time I left but got my computers working for the cost of a tuneup. Well at least till I got home, the HP had on screen resetting for next two days before I gave up and shut down. The Toshiba well thats another story was running very very show would load pages one ad or section at a time, kept waiting to hear that old squawk from the slow dial ups, but best of all, green screen, green screen when I wanted to see a video. Made am appointment for 2:30 today got there little after 2 in our 104 temp, backbreaker and cain. Can we help you with a big smile and sales representative on his tag, he jumped right in shook his head a lot, looked at the screen like a deer in headlights, then you guess it along comes the asset manager wanting to talk about numbers and sales with the so called tech, ask if he was manage.ent, head high chest puffed out said yes sir I am, short conversation and he was going to fix, said best, I sad best he could figure out was to do a reset to the last time I logged with the HP Said the Toshiba was running slow because last Tuesday they remove some junk? Have always thought cleaning the computer out of unwanted files and junk kept it running faster, but thats just silly me. Finally told me oh look it shows u have mallard issue thats why the screen is green and running slow. Now remember this computer was running fine at great speeds, only issue was getting settings right so wouldnt have green screen, they connected it to their WiFi loaded in their program and wow just out of nowhere got a malware, but for $89 he could remove. So at home after another two hours, back killing me, the HP he sent home to finish reloading just said cant reload blocked and now got a blank screen 4 hours later The Toshiba still has its green screen and according to THEIR program has Malware, damn I thought Windows 8 had pretty good Antivirus and so did McAfee they sold and installed for me SO I THINK THEY MIGHT WANT TO HIRE OR TRAIN SOME CERTIFIED MICROSOFT TECHNICAL PERSONNEL WHO ACTUALLY ARE COMPUTER SERVICE TECHNICIAN not sales personal who dont have the slightest idea how to trouble shoot computers My recommendation Dont buy another thing from Office Depo, push off whatever makes them money with talk of extended service warranty and in store tech service. Had spent tons of money at Office Max never with an warrant issue over many years but since they were bought by Office Depo figure can expect the low level of technical support there as well. Just me but I and anyone reading this should go look for another store with well trained and honest staff. I figure this is just a waste as sure it will be removed but do love these days of social media, so many places to repost and repost till maybe someone gets the message, their store is a looser in my mind.

IF I CAN CHOOSE NOT TO GIVE IT A STAR I WOULD NOT GIVE IT. This Office Depot is the worst Office Depot on earth. They do not help you with anything they literally just sit there all day acting like the own this place and there not getting payed to do it. This is you job if you dont want to do it than quit for god sake. The mangers omg do not even get me started they are far worse than the employees they dont even know how to do anything except for one thing say thats not their job or they dont know. What is the point of you being a manger if you dont know . What is a manger supposed to do then what is you job then. Their service is by far the worst in the entire nation and this is America supposedly who "cares about customers" bulls***. You have to wait at least 30-to an hour and nobody is even there its just you. And if there was another customer then ohhh Jesus lordddd help me 2 hours wait and more that place should seriously consider closing if they are not going to anything or at least their minimum requirement for their job HATE IT HATE IT HATE IT HATE IT NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN EVEN IF I HAVE TO DRIVE AN HOUR TO SOME PLACE

Worst Office Depot ever. If you want racist service and you want to be insulted by the employees head over. I got there at 7:30 and left at 8:20 to send an ENVELOPE with no one THERE. Every employee including the manager does not have a single competent cell in their bodies. After waiting almost an hour the employee handed me the receipt and I wanted to take a picture just for her to rush me after making me wait almost an HOUR. Hedious, despicable, incomparable, disgusting, revolting service at this Office Depot. I have met more capable people at Walmart and Macdonalds, what interview process did they go through? Did they just ask their name and gender ? I have seen better service at third world flea markets. Office Depot you should be ashamed if these are the people you want representing the company. People are paying for the service its not free so at least have the decency to treat customers with respect regardless of ethnicity. i have waited less at the DMV for gods sake.

This is the worst customer service ever. Stephanie who works at the copy desk actively ignored me for 10 minutes while chatting on the phone. I finally asked if there was anyone who could help me to drop off my package only to be told that the other employee standing there could not help because they were not checked in yet. Took 20 minutes just to drop off a package! Go anywhere else and avoid this place and their terrible service!

I think I would rather drive an hour to a ups or a FedEx then to come to this location. SLOWEST service eveeeeeeer. What do managers actually do at this location? Absolutely USELESS. I have seen better trained monkeys at a zoo than these employees. One manager told me she couldnt work the computer and walked away!!!!!!!!! Unacceptable!!!!

Decent place. Convenient in terms of getting what I need for my computer. Also, the print shop is nice. The store seems so dead, though, its weird going here sometimes. Someone really needs to come in here, and liven up the store. Change the lighting, etc.

Great customer service. i would patronize them again. Stephanie is a really sweet lady. she helped me find the items i needed to purchase and her customer service was on fleek. Items are kind of expensive but the great customer service is worth the price.
