I would give 10 stars if I could! Everyone in this location is excellent and I highly recommend them! Check this location out. I went in to look around and ended up switching from verizon that day! My bill is lower & I got more data and better phones! When I had an issue with Samsung (a promotion thru them) this store stepped up and made things right when Samsung wouldnt! I dont know how the other locations are but this one is a perfect example of how a company should treat their customers! Big thanks to Chris, John, Victor, and the rest of the guys at this store!!

Awful place to do business here. Representatives are under educated on the subject and the only thing I got from them was objection on almost everything I requested. Never doing business here again! You would think “corporate location” would do a better job at things... nope. I rather drive down the road to the other location. By the way Anthony, you need better people skills.

Horrible. The manager lies and destroyed my data on my phone. AVOID THIS STORE AND SPRINT. Store manager is useless and needs to by fired he is overwhelmed with his few employees, doesnt have the skills to be a manager and is under educated to work in this capacity. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID DONT TRUST THEM THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE I would give negative stars is possible.

I needed help at this Sprint store and was completely satisfied with the customer service these young men provided. John, Chris, Anthony, and Victor not only answered my questions fully, they had such accurate information for me, I will return to this location any time I need accessories or technical help!
