Im going to keep writing this review every single day if not multiple times a day since it keeps getting deleted because They dont want the truth to be exposed. Yall Jesse from this store now works on the one on Collins bc of a "robbery" that was set up as a inside job there. Do not trust these people they are scam artists they will tell you that you have to have things on your plan that you do not have to have just to get commission off of them do not trust this place do not trust these people and do not trust the service it sucks!!!! You will not get a refund when you try and the hotspot Jesse said I HAD to purchase when I added a line to my plan has added $60 every month to my bill in addition he added insurance to all 3 phones after I asked him not to! He did anyway! Just unbelievable honestly to be scammed and then when you spend hours of your time calling and having to go back to the same stores who stole and betray you just to be told theres nothing they can do but "write" up the employee! What a joke.

Worst Store to go to. Walked in and talked with the Store Manager about my account. Told me that I could upgrade my tablet by trading it in and call me when the tablet was here. Go to pick it up after coming back from a week long wedding, Coming to find out that he added a 3rd line on my account then told me that my tablet was not eligible for an upgrade and that he cant do nothing about it. Took my businesses to the Arlington Highlands, We sat and talk to Customer Relations and they are taking care of my and my wifes account for now on. Cant Trust What The Store Manager Jesse did. Sad to know that just to get sale, he had to manipulate me and into lying to me about an upgrade when it wasnt eligible. Anything to screw over someone to make your store seem better in sales...I dont recommend going there to no one. Stay away from this locations....

Went to this Sprint location with the intention of swapping phones. Arrived a hour after the store opened -- it took awhile to get inside since the door was locked. Spoke with customer service about what I needed and he took both my phones. Instead of doing what I needed, he spent the next thirty minutes trying to sell me an upgrade for a phone they didnt even have and tablets that he said were free but somehow cost over $100. After finally convincing him that I just needed the swap completed, he hands me both phones back and says he couldnt do that because his store had no SIM card to sell me. Complete waste of time fooling with customer service idiots

First I would like to thank Joe for such an excellent service on 8/7/17. My boys and I love our iPhones and thank you for the phone suggestion for my husband as well. He loves his phone. He was really surprised when his other phone cut off on him mid song at work when the porting finished. Lol. Joe went above and beyond to satisfy us. We are new to sprint and the level of service we received has me at ease to switching with yall.

Fkd me over with their 2 for 1 iPhone 7. Very conveniently made my contract for 17 months and Im required to have an 18 months contract to get the 2nd phone free. Have struggled for 2 weeks to get them to fix their $h!t.
