What kind of business cancels a customers order for store pick up? I understand that it is automated through a computer system but that is just poor business and customer service. We partly couldnt make it out due to all the ice and snow that happened recently. Guess I know why I continue to avoid this place and shop elsewhere. It is also sad that you still make some items available for store pickup only. Its no wonder other companies who are willing to ship any and all products to my house simply win my business more often than a business such as Babies R Us.

Dont even deserve a 1star rating! Worst customer service! Will never go back and will make sure all of our friends and family dont either. Target and even Walmart are better than this place- dont even let the Southlake location fool you, they are the worst of them all. The incompetent lady at returns messed up my return and kept claiming it was credited and was not. They refused to fix it so basically stole money from me. Will be contacting their Corp office about this as well.

Horrible place. The day I went to pick up my store order they had cancelled it and sold it to someone else. Mind you I tried calling before just to double check to make sure everything was good to go but they never answer the phone. They let it ring from the time I left the house to the time I got to the store and it was still ringing. Poor business, poor customer service, and all around horrible experience. Definitely wont go back here to shop or purchase anything.

Horrible customer service every time I go! Once I stood in line for 5 minutes while a handful of staff were hanging out at the counter. Finally a worker yelled w/attitude, "Is there something I can help you with". Really? I felt like saying "No, Im just hanging out in the line." Go buy toys from Walmart or Target, at least they say hello at the counter.

Horrible service. 3 mgrs stand at cust service and watch as 9 families stand in line at the one register open on a Saturday!!! And the review from Sara below must be an employee because that is so not true. Had similar experiences the three times I have been there.

I agree with some of the other comments regarding customer service. This location is less than customer-oriented and the level of service is subpar. The Hurst location has great service and employees there are more attentive and service/customer-focused.

I cant even get them to answer a phone call. I want to check on the availability of an item locally before I drive there. Called multiple times and the phone rang and rang and rang and rang. Apparently they have no one assigned to answer the phone.

Have needed help a few times and the employees either have no clue what theyre talking about or are unwilling to assist further even though its apparent they have the time to do so. Definitely not a fan of this location.
