Very poor customer service. We went to the first customer service desk to make a return of some clothing items that were Christmas gifts, no employees to be found. We then walked to the next customer service desk and waited in line. There was a woman and her daughter in front of us who Id say a much better experience than we did. The employee greeted them, went out of her way to help with any coupons they had, nicely bagged up their things and proceeded to tell the woman to have a good weekend. My experience? I was not greeted. I simply told her I needed to make a return. She asked for my receipt as she hastily dumped the clothing items out of the bag and onto the counter. I handed her my receipt. She did not tell me how much money she was giving me back after she took the clothes and threw them onto the counter behind her. She handed me the money with my receipts. I said, "thank you." In return her reply was, "mmhmm." I would not recommend this store to anyone.

My experience? I was not greeted! The employee Todd didnt say Hi but what he did say was "can I help you!?" My reply was, "I have a return and explained why and gave him my receipt". Todd didnt respond at all, all he did was take my receipt and scan it then told me to slide my card. He put my new receipt on the counter instead of in my hands. I felt that he was rude, he never acknowledge me as a customer or human being. Todd didnt tell me by return amount or say anything throughout the transaction. Todd is not a friendly person, or Pleasant. Todd really need to work on his customer service skills before being appointed to work at the Customer service desk! I will be taking my business else where!

I am a penny pincher who thoroughly enjoys fashion, but do not like to pay full price. This store is one of my favorite stores to shop. You can always find great deals on name brand items and today I was not short- changed...excellent buys on the 4th of July! My receipt showed a savings of $277.52. The clearance items were an additional 50% off of the already marked down ticketed price, and if you spend $20 or more on regular or sale items, you get $10 - $20 off. The associates were friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing experience at Belk today!! Special thanks to Carissa at the shoes section who helped me find the best pair of shoes that would go perfectly with my dress and suits just right for the event. She gave me her undivided attention and was prompt to get my size. She was organized and gave her honest opinion. Carissa went above and beyond in her customer service, Belk is really lucky to have an employee like her!

Terrible customer service by one employee in the juniors and womens dept. The manager was very nice when I told her how rude the employee was in that dept. If you dont like your job in customer service, please go find another job. A smile would help too! Good luck. Ill continue going to my normal Belk in Fort Worth off of Sage Meadow trail.

Dont know WHAT was going on..But clothes were everywhere..Yes a sale..but during sales you dont see trashed stores..Bundles of clothes rolled up and thrown in corners on floor..thrown under racks...Disgusting..If not enough help.then shut it down and regroup.......................I should NOT have given ANY STARS.....

No organization - sizes mixed and on wrongly labeled hangers. Positive: store sectioned by designer. Negative: same clothing designs in every designer section! No variety other than color/patterns. Its like shopping at Ross without the discount. I wont be back.

Unhappy with lake of service and lake of sizes. Shopped 1/7/17, 11am Euless TX. My wife spent 30 minutes in Petites not 1 sales person, limited sizes. And an expensive scanned was lying on stack of clothes, I complained and nothing was done, walked out.

I love Belks, when you know you hate the makes and you find this store in a area that being built up thats has plenty of parking and you go in and and find bargains every time. Its like hitting the lottery!!! The cutomer service is impeccable!!

I love this store and was so excited when it opened... But what happened to the baby section?!?! Its 1/4 of the size it used to be!!! I used to shop here all the time but now Im just disappointed and leave the store without a purchase.
