I love Banana Republic and have been shopping there for years, but the staff at this store leave MUCH to be desired. They are stuffy and rude, and need to learn how to smile. This obviously trickles down from one of their day time lady managers: talk about an unpleasant person to deal with. Id rather shop the Galleria store, they know what customer service is!

Excellent Service I was looking for a particular shirt I saw online and one of their associates a short girl with jet black short hair searched tirelessly until we found it small store with a decent collection but great customer service
