Nothing like the feeling of being staked out by the Loss Prevention Patrol at Ross on South Cooper in Arlington, Texas. Kind of made me feel special and of importance for a ontourage to follow me throughout the store in my short fifteen-minute stay while searching for a patio shelf and a hamper. Totally loved the attention considering the week I had. I felt like one of those Hollywood celebrities such as Winona Ryder. Now where was I to put that large hamper and shelf? Maybe in my jogging pants pocket or my tiny purse? The tip off was when your loss prevention patrol and a store employee kept following me down each isle. I am very fortunate that your staff is versatile as personal shoppers, too. A fact I did not know of until tonight. Next time when searching for a cool pair of kicks I will ask your Loss Prevention department for some proper guidance. Apparently, I lost your employees attention considering I wasnt going to perform a "smash and grab." He whispered into his shoulder "code blue, shes not doing nothing." I was ever so honored someone called in a "code blue" on little old me. Just an unique touch to the shopping experience to say the least. If you truly treat your regular patrons the way your employees graciously treated me tonight I should think they would never to return to your store - unless they enjoy being profiled for possible theft.

Great deals just hard to shop for clothes when the sizes are always mixed up I gave up after 30min looking for help in finding my size its pretty offensive when i wear plus size and I find cute clothes I like in the area of my size but look at the tag and see its really size small! Depressing! The sales staff doesnt seem to care or notice that you need help or you will find three people talking while you have a huge line of people needing to be checked out. Very unorganized.

What kind of clothing store of this size can Not break a $100 and any store should be able to make change or be prepared to, it shouldnt matter what time it is. Worst store ever. I will never come back here. The manager was a rude, very unprofessional. I rate this store - if I could

I was just there , making the line to pay my stuff , another lady was in the return and exchange line , so the cashier skip me to attend the lady in the exchange line , her bad to be in the wrong line to pay , I just leave my stuff there and leave not coming back , that was so rude

This place is OK to shop theres never team work here even when waiting in a long line and one or two cashier and other employee walking around passing by and just look. To other employees help out just dont wait tell your other employees ask for help when there a long line

This location in specific has no positive thing other than its location. Very poor customer service from cashiers as well as the manager who was not willing to help. One giant long line to purchase or exchange. Thats the only store which does that. No respect

I really like Ross they have lots of brand-name clothing at really discounted prices. Definitely is a hit or miss sometimes you find really good stuff sometimes you dont the trick is to just keep consistently coming and you never know what youll stumble upon.

The clothes were hung and in the appropriate place. There was a long line at check out and the management stepped up to help move things along at a better pace. Restroom was clean and the employees were friendly.

Staff is rude, store is reminiscent of a thrift store, anti-theft processes cause anti-shopping at this location. Poor first/last impression. Ill pay the 3 dollars more at Burlington for this shirt.

I shop here probably once a week on average. Staff is pleasant, store is in order, have quality items, and prices are more than reasonable. Its my favorite Ross in GP, Arlington, and Fort Worth.

It was pretty crowded when I went, the store was okay, some items were out of place, some stuff on the floor. But thats just how Ross is I guess, every ross I go to is a little messy.
