Great place to find good deals, if you have the time to hunt for them. Their inventory is great. No empty shelves or racks. The customer service leaves something to be desired... I felt like the employees were looking for reasons not to open a register, like gathering hangers while people are waiting in line.

I love shopping at Ross for the deals. We came around 5pm on Sunday and the store was extremely messy. The dressing rooms were horrible. Some of the doors didnt even close. Long line but there were plenty of registers open. Will probably venture to a different location next time.

I visited this store recently, It was horrible. Clothes were thrown over racks, on the floor. Everything was in disarray. I just turned around and walked out. The store in my hometown is clean everything is in its place. Im just sayin.

Great place to get some real nice new clothes but for a great price. One of my favorite places to shop. The only issue is they are almost always full of people and you end up standing in a long line to get out every time.
