Took my granddaughters to try on dresses. They did not put 3 of the dresses back on the hangars. They lady working their chased me down across the store and started chewing me out, shaking her finger at me and demanding that we put the dresses on hangers. At first it caught me off guard and I didnt know what to say. My granddaughters apologized and started to go put the dresses back. "The woman stomped off, tossed her hands in the air and said, I will do it." I went to the counter and asked for a manager. Where I met back up with the rude woman. I told her maybe she should get a job unrelated to customer service. And asked if she treated all customers this way. After she started trying to scold me, I very loudly to her that she better back off. The manager walked up at that time and I asked him if this is how they treat their customers now. He shrugged his shoulders while giving a very weak apology. I asked him in front of her if it was her job to put the clothing back on the racks, he shook his head. Then the 2 of them walked away whispering. I could hear the woman still complaining about the 2 dresses left on the bench in the fitting room. Another woman working there came up to me and told me that she does this all the time and that she has "anger issues". Evidently since they know she is rude and they do nothing about it, this behavior is what they endorse. Bealls just lost another long time customer.

This is a great store. Great prices and nice sales people. I bought something online and they let me return it to the store...this saved me shipping return costs. Its a hidden store (hidden in a strip mall) but it is worth checking out...a very nice store with a nice selection of clothes.

Came in happy & left irritated. Clerk in Origins department & the clerk that check me out were not Customer focused at all. I wont be back. There are too many place to shop to spend my money with clerks with an attitude.

Very clean store. The music is not loud over the speakers. Things are orderly. Prices are decent. You can find some items on the cheaper side and some moderately priced.
