Very poor customer service. Just wasted two hours of my time here, and will never go back. I was told it was an hour wait when I came in at 4 in the afternoon, and decided to go do some shopping and then return. So went to TJ Max for an hour, to only then return and sit there waiting for another hour while I watched one of the sales associates try on clothes and another rearranging items on the racks rather than taking a look at my items. Not to mention there is one chair in the entire store to sit in. So literally two hours later, I was told they wouldnt buy anything as my items were "too worn". This could have been done in a matter of seconds if you would simply just glance at the items when the customer came in instead of making them sit there while you try on clothing and decide to rearrange your sales racks. I will never purchase anything from this store after the horrible service I received. Trust the poor reviews, this store should be shut down and the associates reprimanded for such poor customer service. Save your time and go somewhere else!

I cant tell you how rude and irresponsible their employees are. The employees only buy what they want to wear and while they twitter and twirl like customers with merchandise (I mistook two for customers until I saw their bashes), you have to wait. They dont buy gently worn clothing or anything with tags, but they have rags on hangers that Id never wear on aisle after aisle. Go to Target.

It was a terrible experience. I havent ever been treated with such disrespect and complete disregard for common courtesy in my entire life. l will no longer continue to sell or buy my clothing at any clothes mentor due to the way that I was treated at this store.

Find an employee you like who knows your style and keep their card. You can call them ahead of time and they can select some clothing items before you get in store. Make sure to tell them your age, size, what you like, and what specific clothes.

Great selection and pricing. They buyers have a good eye. Decent plus size selection. However, they hardly buy compared to other like stores.
