This location deserves 0 stars. I can honestly say I have never had a good experience with the staff. They are not only unfriendly, but flat out rude. There have been 2 seperate occasions where a cashier has raised their voice at me. There is a specific woman always on the register that will never speak to you or look at you, but the whole time she is ringing up your items, she is turned around talking and laughing to other cashiers. The few times i have asked her a question, i get short responses and dirty looks, as if I am an inconvience. Also, I have gone in the return line before, to return something, and the lady at the return register was organizing papers, so I waited a few minutes. She looked at me a few times but never said a word, then walked away, and ignored me when I tried to get her attention. So I waited to see if one of the other cashiers would take me, more than a few minutes went by, and I spoke up. Only to be told (with attitude) I need to get in the purchase line. While waiting in that line, a guy got into the return line, I explained to him what happened and wished him luck. Then just a minute later, the cashier called for that guys return! So I spoke up and said no I dont think so I have been waiting to make a return for about 10 minutes. After that, the cashier was extremely rude, and actually cussing and raising her voice. I dont know where they find these people, but dont work in customer service if you cant treat people with respect and be helpful. Corporate needs to get involved with this store, because I have never had any of the staff be friendly or even decent. There has also been 2 occasions where a male customer has followed my girlfriend around the store, taking pictures of her on his phone. The same man both times! I reported this to the "loss prevention" worker the first time but it was not really resolved. Nothing good comes from this store, do not go to this store, you will not be treated well. This store is GARBAGE.

First, I bought a dress that sewn together wrong. It is something that should not have been on the shelf for sale since it obviously was a reject from a regular department store. I went to return it. I used my debit card for the original purchase so it was the same as cash and it had been about 10 days since the purchase. I did not have the original debit card for the purchase but did have the receipt. The employees insisted that I could only receive a store credit and not cash since it is store policy". This is completely ridiculous considering its a DEBIT card. They were paid immediately or soon after but I on the other had had to take a store credit when I had a receipt?? Lets not even mention that there were 6 people in line, one girl checking out and the other girl that told everyone her register was "closed" but had all the time in the world to speak to her friend standing at the counter. In order to speed my exit, I took a store credit. At this point, it was the principle of the matter so I returned to the store and the completely new manager credited my account (since I now had my debit card that I had to go home and get). The new manager would have been great except she had to add that "the only reason I did this is because you had my debit card"... oh THANK YOU, Miss I-totally-lack-all-aspects-of-customer-service-Misty... And by the way, all of this was about $21... thats it. I would steer clear of this store based on the fact that they are under-inventoried, have low end merchandise, and Marshalls is next door and they have MUCH better quality. I wont be back, ROSS STORES.... Get it together :)

I live in the Euless area and have always been pretty satisfied with this location. I am always happy with the selection of clothes in every department. I have seen some items there that are still being sold in the originating store, but here they are half off. And this is the exact same brand-new item. So I enjoy the convenience of coming here when I need to bargain hunt for quick gifts or even things for myself. I have never seen the staff being rude or unfriendly. They are just as accommodating and friendly as I have seen at any other retail store.

To avoid the crowd, I went there on Saturday evening around 8pm. The collection was fine..I got a pair of sperry boots, was happy with What I found. The moment I reached for the check out, the happy moment turn into annoying one; the cashier Alice was so unwelcoming, no greetings, no eye contact. When I asked her to place my kitchen stuffs & boot separately, she acted as if she does not care..Very bad customer service... Wont go back!!!

I dislike this Ross and every Ross just because they treat every customer like if they were thieves youre walking and shopping and minning your own business when you got the security guard following you and not just you everyone in the store just staring to see if theyre doing something bad... Plus they always have the store and unorganized, clothes all over the floor and toy that are out of the box and broken!!!

Very poor customer service. Manager did not bother to come out of the office to talk to customer. Clothes overpriced for the quality. You can find better clothes and deals at Marshalls next door. I will not shop there again.

They have the worst customer service. I dont know how they hire this people to be the front line of their business and they cant even greet a customer or you cant even understand them. Poor customer service all in all.

Can find a good bit of stuff here...generally nice and more affordable than your main department stores. Theyre open until 10pm, which is really convenient too.

not crowded ,however the parking could be better I think its mostly due to the grocery outlet next door tho. check our is usually quick.

Standard bargain outlet of the chain. Was able to get in, find what I came for and out quickly.

Great deals and nice prices. Location seems to be under remodeling as well
