Terrible Service. I came in to buy almost a whole new wardrobe, and get fitted for some shirts. After 20 minutes someone finally acknowledged I was there I asked to get fitted for a shirt. The lady who measured me didnt seem real interested in helping me. I had to ask for help finding my size in a shirt several different times, and she kept looking around like I was taking up their time. I still bought 3 shirts as I needed some and they were on sale in 3s, but I am going to the Brooks Brothers in Dallas to buy my suit and other apparel.

Victor who stayed after hours to help us was great! He was very courteous, knowledgeable & patient. However the woman that worked with him was very rude & stand-offish. She stood next to us almost the entire evening and didnt even acknowledge our presence. I dont expect everyone to suck up to me when Im shopping...but the quality of customer service should match the quality of the brand.
