We got the $10 off $25 coupon online. Went to this store spend hours to find something to buy, nothing for my taste at reasonable price even they are on sale. Finally got couples item, waited inline then the price was wrong even they put a BIG sign item was for $15 and they charged $25, waiting for the cashier to go all the way back there to verify the price, the she said the price ads was after mail in rebate (???) its a trap. Then after all I tried to give her the coupon and its wont works, she call the Mexican manager and that lady came with low, unprofessional attitude and she said coupon was not work for electronic (???) I show her the coupon and on the coupon there was nowhere indicated the exception. She said you have to look for the exception (???) how many people will looking for the very small fine print when shopping? I dont have much time like that "so call" manager. I was never shopping here if no coupon because the price was unreasonable and their style was not good design. Even I have coupon, its very hard to find something look ok to buy. My family will never shop here again if we see that "so call manager " present.

Staff was horribly rude and acted like they had no clue of anything in the store. One of the staff made me run around the entire store to find an item that was apparently missplaced in every size. (The item was never found either. She then looked at me and said "I dont know what to do or tell you". Probably the most frustrating thing is, they know how they were acting, and not a single manager nor employee made an attempt to make my visit any better. I have never had such a horrible experience at JC but Penney, but their lack of customer care, was enough to make me never come back again. F-

I went to this location (Sephora Alliance) on 06/23/2017 and will never go back. I asked for a specific foundation that they carry. This Mexican woman (I think her name was Marian) knew ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about this product, was rude and pathetically lazy. She called some other girl over to help and she, too, was clueless. If you want good customer service and employees who are EDUCATED about their products, go to the Hurst Mall location.

Omg! Every time I have been in this particular location I feel like Im under surveillance. I am a JCP cardholder and I can really tell you I want be for long after dealing with this location. One clerk in Fine Jewelry questioned me as if I were being interrogated after I returned my ring to have discounts applied! Wow! I hope this is not standard JCP behavior.

Love jcpenney. Best place to go to get general gifts for family and friends. They always have a lot of specials going on and the clothing styles have stepped up recently. Jcpenney also has Sephora which is good for perfumes and cologne as well as makeup and skincare products. The staff is always quick to help you out.

Nice JCPenneys in a nice shopping center. Penneys always has managed to strike a good balance between decent, good quality clothing with reasonable prices. Make sure you check the flyers as there are usually good coupons. If not, you can almost always find coupons online that you can pull up on a smartphone.

Bought solar backup battery powered motorized shades. They quit working and I never could get anybody out to fix them. Now a year has gone by and these very expensive shades are always down and cant be raised..Now at 70 years of age I am expected to get up on a ladder now and fix them myself!

I LOVE JC PENNEY!!! They always have the best sales! Especially when you use. their JC PENNEY card. I got 2 pairs of shoes for free today!! And their sales people are so kind, knowledgeable, & eager to help. The best store ever!!!

Its ok most of the people are nice but they forgot to take off the security tag and the doors didnt beep I bought two items and they couldnt check to see if my items had the security tags on them now I have to go back and fix it.

Terrible customer servicw. 3 times went back for a copy of receipt. Still they cant get me one. And each time they make me wait for at least 15 minutes. I just want a receipt for my purchase!

Aisles are crowded. Employees are rude and their walkie-talkie conversations with one another are so loud you cant talk to someone right next to you.
