I went to Ross this morning to return an item. Was ignored for a few minutes, then a sprayed-red-haired woman called to me from three registers away to tell me to go over to her. Then she continued to complete disregard for me and my question regarding the date of the return. She left the area without another word even though there were no other shoppers in the store at the time. I remarked on the uncaring service to another clerk but he replied that she is his boss, so he couldnt really say anything.

Customer service here isnt that great. There was one lady working both the returns and the regular line and never addressed either saying "Ill be right with you," or "Sorry about the wait." I asked another employee if she wouldnt mind jumping on the register and she seemed really confused and scared hehe. Item wise, this one usually has good clearance and is mostly organized and clean. Just not a good Ross to visit for employee friendliness.

Store was quite in disarray as patrons remove clothing and leave them everywhere, but finding a great discount on name brand merchandise is a breeze. Sizes for men seem limited and focused on tall and large but with a little digging I found the size I needed for a new collared shirt. The staff was abundantly friendly and welcoming.

This is my hook-up for Converse! They always have a great selection of shoes with great prices! I also love the kitchen section...they have all the BEST gadgets at really great prices on this stuff as well! The store is always clean and the employees are super frindly and helpful. Save some good money on some great brands!

Cant always find my size but when I do, the savings are worth the search. Love this store. It is kind of chaotic but how else are you suppose to organize it?

Pretty nice. I like to go here for shoes and cheap brushes for makeup. The clothes can be pretty cheap; you just have to pick your fabric wisely!

This place is hit or maybe ss, they either have good things or nothing. More driven with womens clothing but some good deals can be had.
