Unfortunately the end of my experience is driving this review. The nice man at entry was very helpful, however when leaving I had a TON of purchases in an overflowing basket. I admit I didnt notice the tall bar on top but went to leave the store and was in a hurry so of course it hit the top of the door. I had no clue what was going on until I was ambushed by people "saving" their precious cart. Um how do you want me to get all of this to my car?? Carry it. Um what?? This isnt the ghetto and every other store allows carts outside. If it is that precious get the ones Kroger has but goodness allow your customers a way to get a ton of merchandise to their car. And do NOT ambush me like a criminal for thinking I could take my purchases outside in the cart! Incredibly unprofessional.

Visited this location not too long ago and was shocked at the number of employees standing around socializing, compared to actually getting the line down. We spoke to the manager on duty and she told us that "Ross doesnt go the extra mile". Why invest in a store who will blatantly tell you that you arent worth going the extra mile for? I will be filing a formal complaint to their district manager soon. I will also make sure to make the extra drive to another location to receive at LEAST decent customer service. Think twice before investing in this store!

Why, oh why, with 6 employees standing around the front area, is only one register open? Dang it! They stand there goofing around, and nobody helps that one person checking people out, AND doing exchanges. This store is notorious for lazy employees it seems, and Ive been coming here for almost 6 years! I love the deals and awesome finds. Please get it together and act like you give a flip for the customers paying your wages, will ya?

The dressing rooms are nasty and look like theyve never been cleaned, especially the floors and man the staff could use some lessons in manners. They took out one of the two chairs that you sit on to try on shoes and it makes it super difficult to try on shoes standing up not to mention the selection is very limited. The lines are super long and why do they make a big deal about pulling your own receipt? Hire a cleaning crew geez.

I always find great cheap tops for work. Im writing this mostly for the last trip I just took and the above and beyond service I got from the security lady. Without thinking, my daughter brought her drink in without a lid and the lady offered to get a paper towel from the bathroom across the store to put on top of it. It doesnt sound like much, but we were very grateful and she went above and beyond. Thank you!

I like the prices and they have good looking clothes but the staff is ignorant of what payments they can take. Before I went shopping I asked if they took quick pay over the phone, and the customer service person said they did. Thank you Ross staff members for wasting valuable time.

Clean but not much selection for men. I went a few weeks back and the mens side needs to be added to. Shoe selection as well. I found a few tops for work at a good price. The sales person was nice.

Oooh, oooh! Love ROSS Dress for Less. We shopped here to "walk off" some of our lunch. Always nice deals here at ROSS. Location is clean and there are very helpful, friendly store associates.

You can always find good deals here. Why pay full price when you can pay a fraction of the price here. You cant always find an associate to help you, but the prices make up for the service.

Awful. 5 employees in the store. 1 at checkout. Its. been 40 minutes and were still in line. The manager is too busy sorting clothes. The line is so long now This is crazy.
