I was very satisfied with the service I received. I am always in there looking for a good deal, but the experience was greater this time around when I encountered a Sale Associate (I remember her name Emily Oneil) in the Mens department. The associate was very kind, nice and respectful. I appreciate the time she took to helping me and my family find the right items we were searching for in a timely manner (very patient with us), while she continued working on the Sales Floor making it presentable for other customers around us and helping them too. I enjoyed my experience there, so did my family, it a fast and courteous check out with her with great communication. She has a way with customers no doubt. I really hope in the future revisiting this store to encounter more associates like that to feel welcomed into the store. I hope other people have the same experience I had there, always, too.

The local Belk store COULD be a great department store, but the departments have been a mess the last few times Ive gone in, with for example, clothes strewn all over on the floor and the racks all mixed up in lingerie, large piles of clothing all over the checkout areas, and tall stacks of shoe boxes blocking parts of the regular shoe displays. It is obvious that there are not nearly enough employees, since I had to walk around the store to three different checkout registers with nobody working them, and nobody appearing when I stood and waited there. The only areas that seem to be "manned" are the cosmetics counter, shoe department, and one area of womens wear, which incidentally, had 3 employees gathered around with one woman complaining about how many days she had been working when I approached. Its not worth the frustration to shop there. Oh, for the good old days of customer service.

Had to wait 60 days for warranty ring sizing, waited took my ring to store was sent out 3/14/17 , no body called me ever, I called to check on it 2 weeks later was sent back to store in sized because paper work was done in correct by store, called today 4/13/17 was told it would take a month for sizing and worried they have 60 days limit on items, no help just telling me to keep calling back, poor service and this is my wedding ring which was blessed by Rev. May not be important to them, but its very important to me, very unhappy with my service, I do shop here and have belk credit card, very unsatisfied

The customer service is horrible and the store is managed very Poorly. The manager Deborah is rude, obnoxious, and argumentative, not to mention when you ask for the number to corporate she gives you the incorrect number. If you can find a better place to shop, I would say its worth it. The way the managers treat you in this store does not make any shopping experience worth it. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

This place is always a mess. You can never find anyone working there and wading through the sea of clothing strewn everywhere just isnt worth it. Belk needs to do something about this location because Ive seen much better quality Belks and know they can do better.

The store is understaffed, always messy, lots of clutter everywhere. Associates are always in a bad mood, and management seems to lack professionalism. It seems like that store is going down hill. I would suggest the Euless location, much more cleaner.

Bought several dress clothes items. They couldnt figure out how to check the balance on a gift card, and wouldnt help me find out what was on it. Told me to guess. Ended up paying cash, and not using all my gift card.

Wasnt able to really even shop. The only carts they had were ones specifically designed to not hold children. My kids were running around so we decided to just leave. I was very surprised by their lack of carts.

Good value on nice garments but it was disorganized. Lots of clothing on wrong rack. Clearance rack was a hodgepodge mess, so overfilled I couldnt pull a garment out without pulling it off the hanger.
