Prices have started going up. I always used to go for the clearance rack. Now Im finding items in clearance that are still too expensive! The fabrics are soft and I go for essentials. Sometimes if you have a coupon you can get good deals, Theyve started with the Bucks program so you get 10 back after every purchase of 25.

This store is always a mess. They never have enough cashiers you end up waiting in line for 30 min just to make a purchase. Then the managers see that the line is wrapped around the store and they still dont offer to help. This is my last time to shop here!!!!

Went for sale items, they rang up full price. The cashier called manager over radio yet when I asked to speak with the manager he said he was management. He wouldnt call anyone over. I wont be back to this location!!!

Old Navy has a horrible return policy. I had the tags and receipts and they wouldnt take a dress back because they could "tell" I had worn it. I wore it once.
