I see most people that wrote reviews are entitled, race card typical everything my way no empathy Americans. Ross has never claimed to be a high end store so if they have minimal staff to save you a buck then quit whining about your phone shopping cause its never 2 minutes & if the door says no food & drinks then follow instructions & if your kids are being have maybe you wouldnt need society to raise them. People used to have manners now they feel they can say anything without repercussions. Go to Wal mart if your going to be rude demanding & trashy otherwise me & mine will go to Ross were I can get a deal in decent shape.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Ross its one of my favorite stores! You can honestly find name brand stuff here for like super cheap and I always find super nice stuff here not only clothes, but shoes, pet supplies, kitchen supplies, living room decor, makeup and much more for amazing prices. I will say though that the mens section is quite small and theres not as much variety as the womens sections. But other then that,THIS PLACE ROCKS!!!

This Ross is the best one compared to the NE mall and Alliance town center. Sometimes everything is a mess and torn through but often things are organized, I think it depends on the time of day you go. Of course it is Ross, so I feel like its kind of expected that it will have unorganized stuff everywhere. Usually I prefer Marshalls over Ross in clothes variety but in this area, Ross seems to have more variety.

My son and nephew were over at the toys and I was about 20 feet away shopping for my daughter, and was told if I if I didnt have any intention to buy, I should not have my kids playing with the toys, while other Hispanic kids were in the same area playing. I guess because I was not Hispanic, therefore I was treated differently. Will never return to this Ross

The staff and security are always courteous and friendly towards me. If i ask for an opinion on a dress i am fitting, they are honest and helpful. They are courteous whenever i a make a purchase and wrap my glassware safely. To the staff at Ross i thank you very much! Thats why i always come back!

My very first day and very first impression. Walk in the store Clark asked me to leave because I have 3.4oz drinks on my hand. I asked why he told me if you dont like it you can speak to the manager. so without a question I left never go back there again. WORST PLACE EVER BEEN.

My wife bought a purse from this store , at home we found out they forgot to take the sensor out. I went back in the other day and I asked them to remove it, the manager told me i have to have the receipt with me or I cant remove it for you.

This store is kept clean and orderly. The markdown staff works hard to keep the prices right. I am super impressed by the facilities and by the workers there. Ive had positive experiences and will continue to shop there!

I love it here it has cute stuff and it is cheap I really recommend this place over JC Penney, Burlington,Forever 21,H&M and Nordstrom.You should definitely go. There clothes for kids are never over $15 there usually $6-$8

There is always a long wait in line with other employees coming up to the front and walking away looking at the long line. The clothes are getting expensive. I thought we were supposed to pay less.

Its Ross....what do you expect i guess but compared to other Ross stores, this one is pretty good. Its clean, organized and there isnt clutter everywhere like some i have seen.

Checkout line was insane. 2 cashiers & 16 people in line waiting to check out. All Ross stores need to have 4-5 people checking at busy times. I put my stuff back and left.

Without a doubt the cleanest Ross in the metroplex. They pay their empolyees well, keep the racks updated, and fitting rooms tidy at all times. Great prices too of course~~
