I spend several hundred dollars a year at this location alone. My purchase are once a month in order to use the coupons they send me in the mail. Went in Nov. 6, 2015 with a coupon for $10 off a $50 purchase. My total came out to $52.99 and I was told by the clerk my coupon was not valid unless the total was before taxes, (Which was $49.98). "You cant let 2 cents slide?" I asked. "No," he said smugly, "its our policy." I informed him my policy was never to entire another Northern Tool if they could not let 2 cents slide. He mentioned again it was policy. I left the store.

I went in this morning to purchase a boroscope for our dealership. They did not stock the one I was looking for, but offered me the "Milwaukee" brand one with a "better" warranty. I REALLY needed it today, so I went ahead and bought it. The light on the camera does not cut on, it does not work out of the box. I called the store and the manager said I can come get their display, but he will not apply any discounts to it. I will be carrying the large amount of business we do with them elsewhere.

BAD EXPERIENCE HERE. WATCH OUT...THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.. I had to put a $35 dollar deposit down to have my weed trimmer repaired ...when the mfg paid the 35 dollar warranty to the store I went to pick up my $35 deposit which I had an invoice with a credit for $35..The manager would only pay me back $31.82. They charged me $3.18 for my deposit...They must really need money to rip off their customers and not fix this problem. Was $3.18 worth the loss of a loyal customer..I think not.....

Multiple sales associates told me I could pay for a trailer and pick it up and later I received a phone call from the manager yelling at me saying "We are not storage". In no means should the manager call a customer blaming them for what their sales associates did. Very unprofessional, and I will not be coming back.

Standard tool and equipment store. Unfortunately their service dept is only open 8-430 M-F, and wont even accept drop-offs on the weekends, so for those of us with normal Mon-Fri jobs, good luck getting your equipment to them for service when you need it.

Excellent customer service and tech help. I ususally go to the store in Norfolk but I have been to both stores. They know how to treat customers right.
