I come to this homedepot often because it is close to me but today was the last draw! I have had problems with their customer service everytime i have come here. But today was the final time i will ever come to this store. I requested assistance in electrcal 3 times waiting a total of 20 minutes and still no one showed. I went to a manager and she told me the electrical associate was at lunch. I asked, there is no one else that can cover electrical? She replied NO and brushed me off like it was no big deal. This is horrible custom service!! NOT to mention they wasted 20 minutes of my TIME!!! From now on I will drive 5 minutes up the road and go to Lowes in White Marsh!

i hired home depot to measure design and install thomasville cabinets which cost me about 15000 total for cabinets and install. They didnt measure my walls right and didnt have the design where it would work. I been fighting home depot for over 3 months now, and all they do is try to make me settle for whatever they can get that fits. the customer service is horrible and im still with out a kitchen after 3 months. i could do better installing the cabinets myself. DONT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID, HOME DEPOT WANTS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DONT HAVE THE PROFESSIONALS THEY CLAIM DOING THE WORK. MONTHS LATER AND I STILL HAVE HALF MY CABINETS LAYING ALL OVER MY HOUSE

This Home Depot will most likely have everything that you need from a Home Depot. But, if youre expecting helpful employees, youre better off going further down Route 40 to the White Marsh location. Several of the employees at this location just watched me and my dad slightly struggle to load a flatbed cart with over 40 pieces of heavy retaining wall pieces without offering any assistance. We didnt even know that they could have made it easier by pulling out the pallet, until we went to White Marsh, so we wouldnt need to bend down the whole time to load the wall pieces. Next time, were skipping this location and going straight to White Marsh.

I have been shopping at the home depot for long time and I have been to many of its stores. The store #2587 is by far the worst store in the area to shop. The associates have no technical skills, rude and in most cases not interested to help their customers. The manager doesnt know the importance of timely service. I spent over an hour at the customer service counter to speak to him about a return. All the time this guy (manager) was standing right there and chit chatting with his friend about something personal. Too bad homedepot is loosing customers due to poor service. Ill never shop here again.

Bought a tile cutter took it home and opened up it was used with tile pieces falling out of it. If you shop here check your tool before you buy it. They gave me my money back but wasted hours of my time. People dont do there job and have an attitude if you ever have a problem or a question. Ive spent thousands of dollars at this location i regret every cent. Wish it could go to somonw that cares about the products there customers buy. I will be ordering all my tools online now.

I came for a battery. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. The young guy stopped what he was doing to help me find what I needed. He was actually able to look it up online and use that information to help me locate the item in the store. It took 3 minutes tops. Thank God I wasnt in Walmart. I wouldnt have been able to find anyone and Id bet once I did, theyd have no clue of what I was talking about or where to find it. I paid more but, my time is worth it. Ill be back again.

Over my last 3 visits, none of the staff would stop to help me find items. I had to use the website to find my items otherwise I would have spent hours in there for just a couple of things. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of one very polite young man who was gathering carts. Please if management reads this, teach your inside staff how to treat customers.

They didnt put a SCU number on a product, so they sent me all the way across the store and started with another customer. Then when she got back to me, she asked to see my cc and id, which was fine, but as I pulled it from my pocket she started talking to another employee and let my cards sit on the counter until she finished the conversation.

Its one of two Home Depot as I can get to in five minutes has everything you expect to find at Home Depot most of the staff is very well informed some of them have worked in the electrical field or plumbing field and those of the guys I seek out when I have questions staff is friendly and attentive

Tried calling the store....NO ONE ANSWERED AT ALL!! I let the phone ring for 5 minutes. I went to the store, and no one would help me get information on a generator......Never again. Ill keep going to the one in towson!
