I have tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt.... I stay away for a few years, try to go back, and I get disappointed each time. Today was the final straw. Just had a dishwasher delivered, was told we did not pay for installation, so it was just being dropped off. We had been told at the time of purchase that we did not need installation, as it was just a matter of attaching the hoses and plugging it in. We though this was odd, but we figured they knew what they were talking about. Also, we were told that we could not get a military discount on a sale item... we thought about canceling the purchase right then, but after spend 45 minutes doing paperwork (I felt like we were buying a car!) we just let it slide... After paying over the phone for installation, we were told by the installer/delivery men that we didnt have the right type of attachments on our water supply, and that we needed to hire a plumber. This was a replacement dishwasher, so that is a bit puzzling... On my way to Lowes now, where they do offer a military discount on sale items, and a much higher level of customer satisfaction.

I actually tried to not put any star at all. I have had better experiences at the dentist. Customer service was terrible I was left an in aisle for two hours to have two cabinets pulled down from an upper shelf. After I had been told it wasnt there but after four different "qualified" people couldnt find it and told me it wasnt there. When it was actually where its overstock was supposed to be. Then after that nightmare I get to the "pro-desk" right before she made the call a woman strolled up and cut me in line and have a change order done to her list of items and started to talk about her ambitions to go to college and such. Needless to say this is the worst home depot Ive ever had to go to

Sold wrong type of sand to put up umbrella. It blew over & was damaged. Four phone calls & two visits later delivery brought another one four hours after the delivery time but did not bring sand already paid for. Left old playground sand that leaks no one wants it so have big wet box deck. Several associates rude even suggested sand bought elsewhere therefore my fault. Can never get manager concerned with customer satisfaction. Purchase should not be this hard to get right while getting grief from associates.

Horrible they do not care how long you wait for help. When they do help you it is the bare minimum. Could not even get them to order something that was out of stock told me two weeks. When I told them I could order this on-line and get it sooner they just shrugged there shoulders and walked away.

NO help. Purchased vacuum ($200) that had no instruction booklet and was missing several parts when I opened box. I will not spend another penny there. Try not to go there because of the affiliation with Wal-Mart, wont happen again.

This is least busy Home Depot I have ever seen. This store should be on your list for service and ease of getting in and out quickly. Huge parking lot and located next to Walmart. Good wifi and very friendly helpful staff.
