First time dealing with 84 lumber and have been well taken care of during the building of my new garage. Al, has been extremely helpful and at times went the extra mile. If only I could get electricians and other contractors to do the same! Al, worked to get the extra shingles I needed and even put me in contact with someone who could get them to me when 84 lumber was out and the dealer was dragging their feet shipping! Im not a professional and this was a self-build, but Al definitely made it easier and insured I got my materials when I wanted them...not when 84 wanted to deliver them! He helped me out at all points of my build and his experience was invaluable to me during this project.

Theres only one guy on the field trying to catch up with all the orders and theres a about 3 sales person inside, who dont know what they really carry in their store. They are only good for clicking the button on the computer but not good for delivering the goods and customer service. It wont be right to blame only, because their manager has the same way of treating the customers. I would never wrote such kind of reviews if it would have happened only once, but twice in a row I think thats too much and I think theyre cooperate should take actions. I am a long-time customer for 84 Lumber, and I have never seen any branch to operate like this one before
