Lousy. Very lousy customer service. I just called to order parts for an expensive Anderson Door I bought last year. The fellow on the phone gave me attitude. All because he wanted to know why the Manheim store was not getting back to me either. I sent pictures of my model# per the Manheim office instructions. Never got a call back. I sent email and phone call requests. HOW HARD is it to KEEP customers coming back???? I called 84 lumber and they were great! Parts coming soon.
