Some people complain about these stores being messy. I find a lot of bargains and know one reason is they arent paying a lot of employees to straighten the shelves all day long. The non English speaking customers (yes, and others too) are very bad about making a mess, they can have a neat clean store trashed and the bathrooms looking like they havent been cleaned in a week by 10:30 am. Just put up with it and realize the reason you shop there is for the prices and the "finds" that are real bargains. Also, if the employees are less than friendly, its usually due to your attitude more than theirs. remember, they arent paid real well and are likely wishing they could afford the nice things you are purchasing. Be nice to them and they will be nice to you. Voice any complaints in a professional and friendly manner ("just the facts maam") and you will get a better resolution to your issue..

Easily the finest Ross I have ever been in. The shelves are always well stocked with fantastic bargains, especially the fragrance aisle. It remains relatively clean and organized, and is located at Grapevine Mills but is still easy to get to and access. Staff is fairly friendly, and this place is always pretty busy, especially weekends. Expect longer lines to check out, but if youre a true bargain hunter or fashionista, you wont mind at all because of the great finds you get here.

Omg, I just had a horrible experience, the guy couldnt get my transaction right, messed it up 4 times, charged my card $25.75 and i didnt even get the stuff i paid for and now I have to wait til tomorrow to see if the charge got returned to my card or NOT and if not Im going to be really upset. I hate getting ripped off and I hate having to wait for my own money to be returned to me due to someone elses screw up. Ugh, Grrr!!!!

Just like any other Ross, but Customer Service is the worst, the ladies over they straight rude. Maria is one of them, I didnt get the name from the other one, but Lord, if they dont like Customer Service ...find another job, us customers dont have to pay for their frustrations...

Its a Ross like any other. They have their good days (lines are short, store is well maintained) and they have their bad days. We happened to go here on a bad day (in mid December) where the store was trashed and the lines were long enough that we just decided to browse.

I enjoy shopping for sure but every time I have an exchange or a return I get attitude. Im already trying to keep my cool with my kid and I get an attitude for a return when I have my receipt! Customer Service please!

Severely lacking in customer service, including management. Also, there was a huge line for regular and returns with only one cashier to handle both. Ive been to better locations.

Love the prices and selection here. The cashier wasnt friendly at all and wadded-up the clothes instead of folding them. Atleast the lady in the dressing room was very friendly!
