Horrible coordinator name charlotte b. She is not customer service oriented and I would never buy from this location for as long as she works here. I added two more stars today because they ended up taking care of me and did a good job. Patty and the other manager gave good customer service for items needing to be returned. They are better than Tj maxx stores all around Denton county
