Never shopped here but the guy that receives donations is extremely rude. Honestly one of the rudest people Ive ever met. He completely ignored me when I drove up to the point where I thought maybe he either did not speak English or did not work there. I had a moving truck with some stuff in it to donate. They wouldnt take the fridge which I didnt know they didnt take. However, they waited until the movers unloaded it and were about to leave before telling us it wasnt good enough to take. It was an older white fridge but worked perfectly fine! It had been sitting in storage a couple months so needed some cleaning but that was it. If I was not paying the moving truck per hour I would have said never mind and taken my stuff to another place. Ive donated stuff to good will and arlington and had a great experience there. I will never shop or donate to this location again

The Manager and staff are great - friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The store is laid out nicely and things are easy to find. Theyve even begun attempting to put the clothing in order by size, which is hard to do with the client base that comes in and just throws things around. My low score? The merchandise isnt what is once was and prices have gone way up. For example: Five years ago you could go in and buy a sofa without worry of bedbugs or any other sort of nasty thing, and you could pick up that sofa for $20 - $40. Now that sofa will cost you $70 to $100 and you take your chances with the creepy crawlers. Went in yesterday and they had put out a Papasan chair that is so soaked in cat urine and feces you could smell it all around the back of the store. You would not have seen that (or smelled that) five years ago.

This place is fantastic! I really enjoy the in-store auctions they have every Saturday around 3 oclock the lots they sell are always put together with a lot of thought and well worth the effort of obtaining them. They are constantly putting new stuff out throughout the day. Go there and enjoy the bargains and large variety they have.

wouldnt accept donation of a king bed frame with head board and foot board because it did not have the wooden slats that can go inbetween the rails even though I had the metal frame that supports the box spring. Guy in receiving was rude. I will not donate anything else to good will.

VERY picky about what they take in the donation area. Anything with even the smallest scratch they wont take. The Hispanic guy that takes donations is very rude. Very short tempered and just all around not very polite. I suggest the Irving one over this one

Very well organized charity. They make it easy to donate items-- you drive to their donation area where staff greets you and helps unload your donations. All staff Ive met have great attitudes. Easiest place in mid-cities area to make donations.

Store staff is awesome! New manager doing okay! But I agree with other reviews that guy in the back taking donations is a pain. Very picky about what he will accept and not sure that he know that 90% of his shoppers are female

Inconsistent and disorganized. Theres typically older, well-worn clothing and household items here. Occasionally I can find something good, but its usually not worth the trip. The Irving Goodwill is the best!

They have a great variety of items such as clothes, shoes, household items, decorative items, furniture, childrens items, books, frames, etc. Their prices are very reasonable. You can find some amazing deals!
