This store is horrible. The only thing worse than having to wait for at least 25 minutes every time I visited them is the fact that the last employee who "helped" me know nothing about customer service. She kept snapping at me when I asked more than one question, and every 5 minutes she would walk away to talk to her manager since she did not know how to answer my questions. I think the problem is also rooted in how AT&T serves its customers. I went into the store 2 weeks ago to have my number transferred from a shared account under my housemates name to an account under mine. The person who helped me then said that they started an account for me but could not activate it because the person who needed to check my credit report through my social was unable to. Mind you this was a person who he was chatting with in a tablet, and I could not get enough information on what the problem was. They told me to solve the problem with my social and that I could come back, without the account owner (my housemate), and they would take care of it. After visiting the social security administration and contacting the major credit bureaus, I was able to confirm that my information was in order and that there was not problem. Naturally I went back to the store and told the lady I was talking to that I have my account number and would like to finish the transfer. First, she tells me that the person who met with me last did not put the required note in my housemates account that said that the he has given permission to transfer the number to my new account. The problem was that my friend was in India, and he could not be physically available in the store. So I called him on a voice over IP app that I have on my phone. He talks to her but she says that she cannot confirm his identity over the phone, and that if he wants to do that he had to call AT&T customer service.... From India. Thank God he was able to do so. You would think that was the end of the problem, but no. Now she tries to open up an my account but still their credit people, with whom she is chatting with on a computer, cannot confirm my social. When I asked if she can tell me how they are doing the credit check she gives me attitude and tells me that that is not something we share with our customers. Then she makes up some silly reason saying that I have a "work social" and that AT&T does not accept those. Mind you my housemate and I got our socials together and work at the same institute, yet he was able to provide his and get an account. Needless to say that after this whole fiasco, I had my friend cancel his account and we both got new accounts with T-Mobile. Who by the way easily confirmed my social in 5 minutes.

So havent been here personally yet, but from what I read, it seems to be a bunch of people upset because theyve never owned a cell phone before from a reputable company. Are you THAT stupid to believe something is free?! Yes, it is given to you at the beginning and I know for fact they state that it will reflect on your bill! Stop being ghetto trying get over on someone! Get a life that consists more of doing what you can for everyone rather then what everyone can do for you!

I hate having to deal with phone problems and woke up with a broken phone. Needless to say I need this problem fixed and fast. I walked in a instantly was greeted and handed off to Jonathan Miller. He was an amazing he got me a new phone didnt ask a million questions. He was to the point answered my questions didnt rush me or try and over sell me on accessories. Got me out of there way faster than expected. I have never had such amazing service! Thank you!!!

Went to this location yesterday to upgrade my phone. Anthony was there to help me and was very knowledgeable. I know my way around smart phones, so I knew that he knew what he was talking about. I was undecided and he was very patient and kept a smile on his face the entire time I was trying to make up my mind which phone to get. Got me out the door in no time. Great customer service too.

Great service from Joey and Billy. Easy going and funny. Since I had some problem with the a sim not working, and there was a lof of customers, thus having to wait for a while, they gave me a protective cover. Very professional and business minded store/people. Great exerperience. Will use this store if I need help. Best experience Ive had with AT&T. #Norwegianguy

Do not use the internet service they provide, will regularly throttle, and de-prioritize data use regardless of plan size, change billing dates without warning, and and employ a number of other unscrupulous business practices. Also if youd like to speak with someone who speaks any language other than Hindi i wish you luck.

Below average service nothing special the wait time is always at least 30 minutes. Seems like theres more employees behind the counter or waiting around the front door then or what actually are helping people. Average attitudes at best youll get what you need done but you will have to wait and it will be nothing special

Terrible customer service. There were literally five workers standing around talking and laughing when the guy helping me decided to say hold on well be right with you and stood a couple feet away from me. I walked up to him and then he sighed and helped by saying call the insurance company when my phone is broken!

If I could give it less I would! They tell you no activation fee. Then you get it in the bill..when I went to management they basically call me a liar,, wont go to this store again, get it in writing...zeke was the manager and Larry j. was the salesman..

Your going to be waiting at least 30 minutes for anyone to help you with what you need. The staff doesnt seem to care about what you want or need and they try and get you out of the store as fast as possible if you are not there to buy anything.

As long as you dont go during a Cowboys game youre sure to find a friendly and ready associate. Most every phone working and on display for you to play with. Along with plenty of other goodies like tablets, accessories and DirecTV
