The bakery bad. The staff does it listen. I ordered a birthday cake for my daughters party and I specifically told them how I wanted the cake, which was simple. Butter cream icing and white cake. When I picked up the cake my daughter name was misspelled. They did correct that. When we got home and started the party, cut the cake, icing was nasty whipped icing. I called the bakery and explained that they messed up and the idiotic employee stated for me to bring the cake back so that they could see. Well after passing out pieces of cake to a bunch of hyper kids, how was I gonna explain to them this is the wrong cake. Sorry. Im taking it from you. Im sure who ever is in charge was not listening or could not read and gave me whipped icing when I clearly said and wrote butter cream down. Gotta do better Albertson bakery!!! Never ordering from them Again! Oh and the box that the cake came in that they gave me, had chocolate cake on the piece of paper that was taped to the box. Lady assured me it wasnt chocolate though. Its just sad.

CHECK THE EXPIRATION ON EVERYTHING!!! I mean EVERYTHING you buy at this location. We have lived in a nearby neighborhood for years and we only go here if it’s for an emergency or to pick up one or 2 items. I cannot even count how many times we have come across expired food at this Albertsons. I’m not talking expired by a few days, I’m talking MONTHS. For example, we purchased Pillsbury dinner rolls and in a hurry, I did not check the expiration date. When we popped open the cans to cook them, they were shriveled up with green fuzz! They had expired by THREE MONTHS. I hate leaving negative reviews but after stopping into this location today to grab a fruit juice and seeing they expired TWO MONTHS AGO. I decided that I should warn others. We have a family of 6 and I don’t have time to check the date on every single item I purchase from a grocery store! So, to make my life easier, I will continue to drive past this store to one further down the street where I know the groceries are not rotten!

On multiple occasions Ive not only noticed various expired food on the shelf, but accidentally made it home with some. It would be one thing if it were just a day or two expired, but well over a MONTH for cheese is not only disgusting its dangerous. If the expired food werent enough, their produce selection is really pathetic, as is the bread/bagel selection. I will NOT be returning.

Its not "Walmart crowded". They have some really fantastic sales on specific items while their overall prices are generally higher than other locations. I grab the specials on chicken then hit the Aldis down the street for staple goods.

I realy only go when they have their buy one get one for a penny and the 75 cent sails on the dry goods. Also the best meat seals around buy one get 2 free most of the time.
