These people are absolutely ridiculous. I placed an online order that was to be delivered between 12 and 2. I got a call at 2:05pm stating that my order was not coming because of "driver difficulties" and they would not be able to process my refund for 7-10 business day. They refused to find a way to get my groceries to me and they refused to find a way to get my money back to me any sooner, - leaving me with no food OR money to feed my children. Ive ordered groceries from them 4 times. Once they came too early, once they came too late. And now they didnt come at all. Unreliable, unethical, and with no regard for customer satisfaction.
