I came to Hour Glass on a cold day after coming down with a sinus infection and a pair of busted glasses. Kathy was super patient and extremely helpful in finding me a new pair, bringing me many options to try on and choose from. And to my surprise, Kathy told me she could have them ready for me in 15 minutes! In the past, Lens Crafters has made me wait a week or more for my frames to get back from their factory, so a 15-minute wait was a huge bonus, especially since I no longer wear contact lenses. At the end of my visit, I had my brand new glasses and some new friends in Kathy and her pups. Highly recommended, support your local businesses!!!

First time coming to Heritage, I was extremely impressed. The staff is AMAZING- kind, patient, and very helpful! I was in and out in about 45 minutes, including wait time, the exam, picking glasses, and checkout. My glasses were ready 6 days later and they were PERFECT. The best optical experience ever, and Ive been to quite a few different companies! Ill definitely be back next year, and the year after, and the year after.

Walked in, and no one asked if they could help me. Was looking at glasses for about 10 minutes, without a peep. I think Heritage only stays open because of its location, and that they take the optical insurance that Quicken, and Compuware use.
