Disappointed in the lack of knowledge of the staff. I stopped for a simple eye glass adjustment to have the employee make 10 attempts. I am going to another Pearle Vision, I hope that their staff is trained better.

Friendly staff but no assigned parking. Which means you have to find parking in downtown Ferndale which is always atrocious.
