I just read the bad reviews, so I wanted to share my story so consumers could see a full picture. When I was shopping for a new (used) car, I initially found my car on their website. I setup an appointment to go and look at the car the next day, which had been at one of their other lots, so they made sure to bring it to the nearest one to me and show it to me. There were a few clean up cheap things that needed to be done to the car, which I knew I could do myself or have a friend do. But I also noticed the check engine light was coming on for some reason. I talked to the salesman and they agreed to knock off $500 bucks plus fix whatever they needed to to make the check engine light go off and pass a safety/emissions test. A couple days after i bought the car, I noticed gas was leaking from the fuel tank whenever I put fuel in the car. I called the dealership and they had me to bring it to their auto shop they took cars too. Come to find out there was a leak in the fuel line and it would cost $250 to fix. After a couple of civil conversations, they agreed to pay to fix the fuel line. I havent had any issues with the car since Ive had. All the guys were very nice to deal with and talk to.

Terrible business practices. I cant stress how much you should not buy from this company. Sold me a car that they had assured me had a lot of work done on it, that everything was in shape. Follow up trips to another mechanic ruled that to be false, and the car practically exploded on me while driving. Didnt want to give me my money back, was negligent in paying off my original loan back to the bank, causing hits to my credit, failed to properly fix issues with the car (Id take it in for one thing, get it back with it and still something else broken), transmission issues within a few days of owning it. I wanted to trade the car back in, and was told that all of the money Id put towards the car theyd be willing to transfer to a different car. Okay. Fine. I get there and am told that that is in fact not the case, and they will do no such thing. They then wanted to put me in another car that clearly had audible engine issues, and was missing most of the knobs and buttons inside. Manager was disrespectful to both me and to my mother, and it took months to get everything resolved. PLEASE do not purchase a car from them. They should be shut down.

Beware! The sales people are friendly enough to catch you off guard. I went in on a Saturday afternoon and found a car I liked, but since it was after the banks closed they couldn t do the paperwork, no big deal. Asked for a small deposit and they would process it in the morning on Monday. Again no big deal. Monday the sales guy calls and says I'm approved, but not for the car I put in for. Tells me I have to look for a cart with less miles, I let him know a few but when I got there to test drive and do the paperwork he had switched to the same car but higher miles! I ended up leaving before I could test drive it because it was apparently at a repair shop! Red flags galore! I decided it wasn't worth it to wait on a car I didn't want from a dealer that was being deliberately deceptive. I'm now still fighting to get them to give my deposit back! Beware!

Me and my husband purchased a car from them. Before I start let me say that I understand we bought used and anything can happen but you shouldnt get lied to. First off we bought a 97 ford f150 from there, they told us nothing was wrong with the truck and we took it for a test drive. Everything seemed fine a week after we purchase the trucks check engine light came on. Also the a/c stopped working. Like I said I know its a used truck but we paid almost 5000.00 for the truck so it should have been in better shape. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I was skeptical to do business with this company after the reviews. My experience was a bit different and I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service from Tom. All of my dealings with him were long distance, as I am on the east cost and he was very responsive and transparent. He answered to all my questions very quickly, encouraged me to get a pre purchase inspection and was never pushy. If anything he was quite patient with my flood of questions and concerns.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE or any other Elite Car Sales. Severely mistreated up and down even especially by the Owner, Thomas Underwood. Underwood is a very mean spirited and unethical man. If you are looking for fair and friendly service this is NOT the place. I will never attempt to buy a car from here under any circumstance.

Just bought a 2009 Silverado and had a great experience at elite. I told them what I wanted to pay and what I wanted for my trade and they made it happen. They called back in 20 minutes and the financing was done. Loved Homer the salesman and Phil the general manager was the man at financing. We will definately be back.

I put a down payment on a vehicle and the very next day the owner let someone else put an offer in for the same car and told me that I could get something else. I had to wait to get my money back and the owner was very rude when I came back. He is not the kind of person you want to do busniess with!!

lets call them deadbeat elite...the owner, Tom Underwood owes me money for wages/commissions...I could never recommend this guy...Ill kiss the money goodbye...it isnt that much...but it damned sure says a lot about his lack of integrity...I would never send a customer there...beware folks...beware.

nothing but overall great customer care from the Elite Sales Staff. They went over the top to deliver my vehicle to me exactly as I requested! They have everything from luxury to commercial vehicles
