Exellent service !! Ryan was amazing to work with .. The staff very friendly ... Great dealership !!! Posted this a week ago ..wow has things turned for the worse .. In the first week of having my car , battery wont start half the time , a.c. stopped working .. Come to find out that the whole fuse box needs to be rewired . driver window came off track , horn stop working .. Says airbag needs services that the traction control needs service .. Theres hoses missing to the engine when you pop off the cover ... IM HIGHLY UPSET !! When I called dealership they basically pushed me off to midas..so now ( keep in mind Im 2 hours away ) I have to make a trip all the way down there so that their guys can check it over ... Basically they sold me a lemon and Im not happy !! I believe they should trade it for something that doesnt have any issues , and for all the troubles Ive had it shouldnt matter what I pick out .I hope they make it right with me on Tuesday .. If not this wont be the last time ill be posting ...

Today, my husband and I decided to finally buy a new car! Of course we went into Drive Time not really knowing what we wanted, and we expected the process to take longer than today. Well, Tamara, serviced us today and her customer service was magnificent! She listened, answered a million questions, and was able to point out vehicles which covered both of our wants and needs. I left her office feeling extremely satisfied and confident that the car we chose was just for us. Even after closing the deal, she reminded me to call her if I needed any extra assistance with my car. My overall interaction with Tamara showed me that she not only was there to assist us in finding that perfect car, but through conversation I knew that she was very interested in getting to know us more to make sure she fulfilled our needs. Quincy was great.. the problem came when the check engine light came on 2 weeks after purchasing and when we asked about the 30 day x-miles warranty through them when we picked up our title, the girl who takes ayments ans deals with titles said no such thing exhisted. After moving and finding the paperwork we found that we indeed had a warranty through Drive time but now since 30 days has passed we have to go through the extended warranty company to fix the $2,000 problem (i think my husband said its the super charger or something of the sort). Definetely get the vehicle checked by someone other than Drivetime before purchasing. Also, not as big of a deal, but there was no sticker and no information given on when the last oil change was performed. Would be nice to purchase a car and not have to go get the oil changed within a month.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING. I have never had such a pleasant experience buying anything and that is saying a lot when you bring a husband, a 2 year old and 7 year old anywhere. Tamara King was outstanding. They closed at 8 and seen the deal through until 10 and I drove off in my 2013 "toaster" Kia Soul. They could have about sold me anything with how good they were with my kids running around. I will send anyone I know here. We shopped around a lot and I hate cars salesmen but it didnt feel like a actual stuffy dealership. They were straight forward and it felt like dealing with your friends selling you something. I would absolutely do it again!I cant praise this dealership enough because of the individuals they employ. Best Customer Service I have experienced in a long time! A++++

As of 3/18/2017 it was time for a new car...I decided to go to DriveTime St.Peters MO. where my best friend referred me...My experience with my salesperson Cynthia Anderson helped me...She gave me the best service ever!!! I was comfortable and she made sure she got me into a vehicle that would be PERFECT for me and my budget..As well as Collins, he gave me the best deal for my money. Im so happy and very much satisfied with new vehicle from DriveTime...Thank you so much for the wonderful experience Cynthia and thank you so much Collins...I will most definitely refer friends and family to this location. Loved the people there yes they work with you dont get me wrong. But after getting a car there I will never get a car through drive time ever again. I pay a extra $3,000 a year on my car due to a daily interest of $8.35. I make a payment on my car every 2 weeks and its basically like Im not paying anything. Not only that the cars are overly priced for the miles on them. Also because they are so overpriced you cant trade them in not even through drivetime unless youre down to $4,000 left to pay on the car. Very upset. Literally stuck in a black hole because of my purchase through them. Never again!!!

It was mind blowing how down to earth and helpful these guys where. Mr. Brandon Smith and Collin Hahn went through a few hours of working out numbers to get us in the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. I could not believe how determined and resourceful these two were. Im writing this review because i am not a nice person nor do I ever have anything nice to say but, i am overwhelmed and dumbfounded with the way these guys treated us and the magic they did to have us out the door (2 hours after they closed ) thanks guys)with what we want at the price we wanted!!!!

Cynthia said to put a 5 if we are best friends and I was sad there wasnt an option for 6. But that is what I would give these guys. I walked in never have bought a car off a lot and they have all been so helpful. I actually doubted myself multiple times on of I could afford it but the workers here were all so helpful in making the payments something I can work with. Everyone has such a positive attitude and just the desire to help. Good to see that sort of enthusiasm in car sales. Definitely will recommend and possibly come back if I need a new car :p

Tamara king is the queen of drive time...thanks to Alex I am here and they got me the perfect car!!!!!! I am beyond estatic...i am cannot spell for the life of me...but ask anybody, Patrice, Alex, and tamar got me what I came in for and Ryan is just too gorgeous to be seen, and Anthony was helpful too!!! If I didnt have 2 jobs already I would love to come here! Patrice was also really helpful when processing my payment and my decline-ness...man I really love how this place works with you!

Tamara King is a sales queen!!! I truly can say my experience with her will probably never be topped. She is amazing. I got there 20 minutes before closing and she did not mind one bit. She walked me through the entire leasing process and with all of the hurdles I put her through she stayed professional, patient, and we even had a few laughs. Proud to say I drove off with my new car tonight. Now where can YOU say youve found service like that? Well if you need a car, DRIVETIME!!!!!!
