This pharmacy has been incredible and I am beyond impressed and satisfied! I fill a prescription here that isnt covered by my insurance, so I use an online coupon that isnt always accepted everywhere. With this coupon, every pharmacy has a different dollar amount that they charge for the prescription. Upon discovering that Costco had the lowest price, I called the Costco in South Jordan. they were extremely unhelpful, told me that they could not "guarantee the price" and were beyond rude. I work in customer service and realized this lady wasnt gonna help me, so I called THIS pharmacy and wow. They did everything to transfer the prescription to them, explained how this particular coupon worked, and were very easy to communicate with. Upon picking up this prescription that I have been paying up to $100 dollars for MONTHLY, I found that not only was Costco cheaper, they saved me even more money than I anticipated! It ended up being $40 dollars less than what the coupon stated it would be! this has helped me so much financially, too. They were so nice when I came in, they knew exactly who I was, what the situation was, and that I was trying to save money. They treated me as though they were my primary care provider and like id been going there for years! They have the best customer service possible. Im incredibly satisfied with this evening staff. Ive never met the day staff, but im sure theyre just as awesome as these guys are!

Thee most unprofessional and rude people to have to deal with. It was a joke to have to talk to the lady who was pissed at me for coming to the counter after waiting at the line for 5 minutes with no one saying anything. Go somewhere with better service like target or even Walmart

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy location. Theyre rude l, unhelpful, and dismissive. Ill be going somewhere else that has a staff that practices common curtesy.
