I would rate the 5 stars if I didnt have to go though alot of crap just to get my car fix 4days after i got my car started smoking and the check engine light came on got it checked at auto zone I called the service repair let there receptionist know what was going on smoke comming from the hood they came and picked up the car I called that same day to see if they had it yet the guy was being rude and said I just got it Ill call you tomorrow which was going to be tuesday. well guess what no call that day or Wednesday I had to call and they say oh yeah its here waiting on you. like hello where is my phone call ??? when i go get the car i ask for paper on the work they did guess what? no paper work. and only ended up fixing the fans that had nothing to do with smoke comming from my hood so Ive been trying to get ahold of the sales guy and nope cant even do that he cant call and cant even pick up his phone . So ive been calling for 3weeks trying to get ahold of someone over everyone so i can get this problem solved but no all I get are voicemails and no calls back. the girls who keep picking up act like they cant give me a corporate number and than again I call service repair tuesday oct 20,2015 to come get my car they guy picks up I let him know everything that is still wrong with the car that never gotten fix and all he said was uh huh ok and clicked so I called back and got in touch with whoever decides to pick up the phone I let her know whats going on and she said well the phones have been down so you must have someone cell phone number Ill let her know no I called the extension that yall gave me to call for repairs all I get is a run around with them took me calling back over and over and over and over and after I was told Mike the mgr. was in I could talk to him but It turns out I couldnt even get ahold of him and finally after hr or two the service guy to calls stating he has been told Ive been having problems with our car.. ask what exactly wrong with it I let him know for the third time and it was the same guy who clicked on me. And at that I still havent gotten a call from there mgr. Mike who was suppose to be giving me call since YESTERDAY WHICH I WAS TOLD By Blanca THAT SHE WAS GOING TO DELIVER THE MESSAGE HER SELF. I GUESS THIS IS WHAT THEY DO TAKE PEOPLES MONEY SELL THEM CARS THAT START MESSING UP 4days AFTER YOU GET IT AND YOU GET IT SENT TO REPAIRS FOR THEM NOT TO FIX WHATS WRONG WITH IT FOR 3DAYS LATER AFTER REPAIRS FOR IT TO BE DOING THE SAME THING I FIRST TOLD THEM WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT WHEN IT GOT FIRST SENT TO REPAIRS . I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN I CANT GET AHOLD OF NO ONE NOT THE MANAGER MIKE NOT MY SALES GUY ALEX NO ONE WHAT A SHAME I TRUSTED THESE PEOPLE LEASON LEARNED.

I had brought my car in to get my transmission fixed and I left it with them to get me a estimate on how much it will cost. The guy at the front desk told me that he would give me a call once they receive the quote but i gave him my number to call but i never received a phone call so i had to call to get the quote which was fine. They had my car 2 weeks which i understand that whoever they go through to fix people transmission problems can be busy but i didnt like the fact i had to keep calling to get updates on my car in which they couldnt even tell me what was going on or talking about they havent heard anything. They gave me a quote for 850 dollars to fix my transmission which i was like thats not bad considering my warranty is expired so when i went up to easy credit to pick my car up the girl at the front desk asked me did someone call you telling you that your car is ready i was like no but yall had my car for for this long it ought to ve ready. Long story short i did not like the customer service i received she chraged me 1,040 dollars for the transmission work on top of towing my car to the transmission shop and she couldnt even honor the quote i was received and then she acting like she didnt know about the towing fee i dont understand why i have to pay for my own damn car to get towed if I am just needing my car fixed if that was the case i should have just drove my car there myself. Then I was charged on top of towing, a fee for them to look at my to make nothing esle was wrong or if the transmission shop didnt mess with anything else which was nice of them but why am i being chraged for that I did not ask them to do that it should be complimentary since I am still paying on my car. This doesnt make any sense I am very unhappy and the crazy thing is the reason why I never received a call is because they had the wrong information in there system which does not make sense because i first bought the car all my information was up to date and so Elizabeth the front desk girl told me to call the main office to change which i did and they told me that it was already up to date with my current phone number and address so Im thinking that there has to be a way that she could change it or a dang manager can that is some bull. Im glad my car is fixed but i didnt like the fact that I was overcharged and nobody honored my quoted price.

My name is C.Deffebaugh i bought a car from Easy Credit off of jim miller two weeks ago and my car has already broke down on me ... they have told me all weekend my car would be fixed then they told me Monday it will be ready to go... then on Monday i called just to make sure and it wasnt fixed ... A guy named Ron at their service center who hung up in my face 1st then later called me and told me my car will be ready at 330 pm on 8.15.16 i then call at 330 to pick up my car and a lady told me their test driving it its not ready. And that Tuesday it will definitely be ready its Tuesday and they havent fixed my car yet ... I have missed 4days of work because of this ... they do not have good customer service or have any compassion towards their customers situations even if they are at fault ...they do not try to work with you or understand why you are upset your car has stopped working out of the blue .. Im up to date with my payments and have only had my car i got from them two weeks now but I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau they keep you on hold all day to tell you nothing...they tell you your car is ready then when its time for you to pick it up its not ready . they claim their Car Service Place do not service cars on the weekends every one of their employees have different things they tell you they have very bad customer service skills I would not suggest anyone to buy from any of their car lots
