Get everything in writing with these guys. The salesman Matt C. is not responsible for anything he says when the contract is signed. He lied to get a signed contract with offering a lower price if returned to pay car off in a short period of time. After following up and leaving messages I was avoided. After sending fax and having no return calls. I finally was able to reach Matt and be told regardless to what he stated a contract protected their company. This information was also verified when speaking with Karen C. whom is their financial manager. It was stated they called back and that also was not true even with having voice mail this company did not leave a message as they stated. I was not left a message until April 14th when threatening to seek legal help after being avoided. They have written me by my request after the continued lies I addressed. An email stating they were wanting to end business but would not provide me a payoff amount. I was advised they would speak to the bank for payoff avoiding the question regardless of their salesman lying. This company is more interested in the money they will collect once they have you in a contract since they carry the note with your financing. I have asked more than once for this amount and its being refused. I will contact the BBB along with exposure of their practice to sales cars with existing issues without the disclosure of facts. I got a car fax report and their was a re-call on part on car not to mention the issues they stated they would fix. I had to fax about those issues to before they would move their ass. SO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING....

I thought they was a good company but unfortunately when my car got hit from behind back in August of 2016 i an my husband an 2 nieces was injured an landing us in the hospital so that left us out of work for almost an month to learn that the other driver had fake insurance so that left us to file on our insurance to get the car fixed an that made us behind on our note but Ms.keran was calling me more worried about if my insurance was going to fix the car an they did once the car was fixed called her an told her that the car had been hit before on the left back side she act like she new nothing about it but yet was looking for that payment got the money together an when i was ready to go pay it the car was gone from My work place an yet they wont $10 thousands + for the car but she said they dont sell cars thats been hit but passing by an i see the car back on the lot for sell yes its the (2011 Hyundai Sonata Gls grey 4 Door SED miles on it was 121,911 with tint windows )an i was willing to get the car back from them knowledge that its been hit before so please check the carfax before you by from them an please try not to get in a accidents they only care about the car not your well-being

Auto extreme used to be a great car company. I have purchase 2 vehicles from them, but my husband purchased a truck we fell on hard times payment got behind we called to make payment to catch up. We were told the acct was frozen and that the " bank" did not want to finance us again and repoed the truck. Told us we would have to pay the truck off. So when we went to get our things out 0f the truck. They put our personal items in a BAG had already sold truck. And we had a $400 stereo system in truck they sold with the truck. Do not work with this company b/c they have changed since from the past. Beware when leasing from them and read all paperwork before signing.
