My girlfriend (now wife) and I came here in the Fall of 2013. We were shopping for engagement rings. As soon as we walked in the store we were greeted by Frank. He was great! We had his complete and undivided attention. He actually listened to our wants and he provided exactly what we were looking for. In about 15 minutes we had found the perfect ring for my wife! We happened to be there during a sale, so with the purchase of her ring, we got a Mens wedding band for free! There are a few reasons why I didnt give Morgan Jewelers 5 stars. 1- They pressured me to finance the ring. I didnt want to finance, I had cash. They really pushed hard for the financing options even though I had told them I wanted to pay cash. I ended up paying for the ring in cash, and they seemed disappointed that I did. 2- When I went back to pick up the ring after it had been sized they gave it to me in a big clunky white box with their Morgan Jewelers logo on it.. I wish they had put it in a nice little black box that shows of the beauty of the diamond ring. Neither of these reasons were big enough complaints for me to give my business to someone else. Overall, Morgan Jewelers was our favorite Jeweler while looking for an engagement ring, and we went to several places (such as: Shane Co, Schubach, Kay). Recently, we went back to get the ring cleaned (you have to do it once every 6 months for the warranty to be valid). They took it in the back and within minutes, we had the ring back and were out the door. They were just as kind and nice as the first time! We recommend Morgan Jewelers to others.

Very disappointed that we purchased our engagement ring from Morgan Jewelers in November of 2014. (Side note: my ring is beautiful, absolutely in love with it.) We paid for the extra Piece of Mind coverage that is supposed to help with any mishaps, cleaning, inspections, appraisals, Rhodium plating, etc. My first strike with them was the fact that we waited WELL over six months after requesting an appraisal for insurance purposes for it to finally show up. I followed up once a month to see where it was in the process and kept getting told "our jeweler is very backed up and will get to it." For paying extra to have that included in our Piece of Mind, I felt that was a bit ridiculous. Second strike, I called today to see about getting my white gold ring Rhodium Plated, (again, included in our Piece of Mind coverage plan) just to get told that the jeweler was out for a few weeks (understandable, everyone needs time off) and when he got back that hed have a lot of projects to complete so to receive my ring back after plating would take a few weeks. I called around to a few of our local jewelers to see what their timeline for plating was, and was told I could receive it within the same day for Rhodium plating. My suggestion for Morgan Jewelers would be to maybe add another jeweler to their stores so that current, paid in full, Piece of Mind customer accounts could be handled in a much more timely order. Overall, we will not be returning to Morgan Jewelers for any other purchases.

I will never set foot in there door again. I purchased a necklace for my wifes first mothers day with the promise that I could get a new stone put in it in two weeks. The sales person said he would contact me a couple days after i got the necklace this never happened. Me and my wife went back to the store to find out what was going on the sales person that we purchased from was not there the person we dealt with told us they where ordering the one we want and she would call first thing in the morning, this never happened. The next day we tried to return to another location and the sales staff was rude and told us they would not help us only exchange for something else. We finely took back to the fahsonplace store and where told that they ordered a new one and would be here in 6 weeks not the 2 weeks we where promised and if we returned it we had to pay a 20% restock fee. This was a load of crap because there website said guaranteed returns up to 30 days from perches. The staff was rude and was nothing like advertised I will never do any business with them again and I would never recommend them to anyone I know

The day thats supposed to be a perfect day, will not be after all. I went to Morgan Jewelers and found the perfect ring for my fiance. The woman who helped me was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. However, upon picking up my ring was another story. A different woman was at the store when I went to pick up my ring. The woman who was there handed the ring and receipt to me without any box. I asked the woman for a box and she gave me a cheap box with the Morgan Jewelers brand name on it. Did she expect me to propose without the ring in the box? I asked the woman If I could have a wooden box or a different box and the woman said "no". Its hard to believe a jewelery store wouldnt have any other choices in ring boxes. Also, when I got home, I notice the outer box had some sticky yellow crusty substance on it. Not impressed and I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this store.

I had the most magical experience at Morgan Jewelers. I had been hunting around trying to find someone who would be willing to at least try and fix my dads old watch. It was very banged up and in a number of pieces. I left other shops in tears as they told me it was "worthless" and I should "just buy a new one." Larry at Morgan Jewelers, on the other hand, understood immediately. He was so kind and passed no judgement about how the watch might have wound up in touch rough shape. It took an our of meticulous work, but Larry fixed the watch beautifully! And in the end, he didnt charge me a cent - not even for the new battery. He said he could tell how much it meant to me and it made him happy to do that for me. Larry and the rest of the staff were incredible in every way and I will never ever forget it.

(12/17/2013)Nate made it great! He greeted me respectfully and promptly. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the options. When I mentioned I wanted to put money down, he got me approved for a small line of credit which allowed to to upgrade from something I liked to something I loved. I was going to the mall to check out rings there and came here first out of impulse. Im very glad that I listened to my gut. Update(2/28/2014): I guess first impressions is how they hook you. All I need to do is make a payment, but no one is willing to take the 15min to process me. Theyre really focus on new customers and not the return customer. Im a little disappointed because I will need wedding bands soon, but I dont feel special anymore. They got money and that seems to be all they care about.
