Roman Jewelers is my new favorite jewelry store. I decided to pop in one day after passing by it multiple times. The building itself is gorgeous, and very ornate. It always caught my attention when I would go to the Bridgewater mall. A few months ago I stopped in to check them out. The inside was just as beautiful as the outside, I instantly could tell that this was no ordinary jewelry store. I was afraid that due to the inside and out having such elegant decor that the prices would be expensive. I was shopping for a present for my mothers birthday and was surprised to see how reasonable their prices are. I used to shop at mall jewelry stores, and I must say for the same price I not only get the excellent customer experience Roman Jewelers provides, but I get a much higher quality piece. Since then Ive bought my mother a few other items from Roman Jewelers, she wears them almost every day and they still look brand new, you can just tell the quality is there. She is already giving me hints that for Mothers Day she wants something from Roman Jewelers, and that is exactly where I am planning on going.

My boyfriend & I shopped around for an engagement ring & ended up purchasing from here. After being unimpressed with treatment, selection, and diamond education at other stores, we found Romans to be absolutely perfect. We were skeptical at first because it is actually IN the Bridgewater mall, but its a beautiful store & the staff are so helpful. Lucy was so patient with us and worked with us multiple times before we bought the perfect ring. The first time we visited, she sat with us for about 45 minutes explaining the four Cs and the importance of each and how to figure out which diamond would be best for us. She brought in different bands to show us until we found the perfect one. Lucy never pressured us and listened carefully to what WE wanted. She also worked with us on the price so that we could afford a beautiful ring. We will definitely be back for our wedding bands! If you are searching for the perfect ring, stop in and see if its the right place for you. It is perfect for us!

I bought my fiancées ring from here about a year ago and have never felt more appreciated as a customer. I worked and spoke with probably every single person at the store, they were all great! Edie was especially wonderful every step of the way and continues to help us through our wedding band selection, even keeps in touch to see how we are doing. She is a pleasure to work with and I cannot wait to go back and finish our ring selection. Roman Jewelers has been nothing short of extraordinary to me and my fiancée. They have allowed us to share our engagement story on their blog and even put us up on a billboard on I-287! Everything has been wonderful and will definitely be coming back for all of our needs! My boyfriend and I came to Romans to look at engagement rings and our experience was nothing but excellent from the moment we walked in! We were greeted with all smiles from everyone! We were introduced to Marie and right off the bat she was so enthusiastic and eager to help us. At no point in the almost 2 hours we were there did we feel pressured/persuaded. She answered all of our many questions with patience (we had a lot because it was our first time shopping for rings). Great place. I had a watch that needed to be repaired and they fixed it promptly, and for much less than the previous person I used to go to for repairs (who has retired). I was very satisfied with the quality of the repair, and the vast selection as well. I am a watch nut, and they had some watches that I was unaware of until going to this location. Needless to say, not only did I get a watch repaired, but I made a few purchases as well. Have been going here for a few months now and refuse to go anywhere else. The store is beautiful as well! Definitely a great shopping experience.

Excellent shopping experience. No pressure by sales people. Sales people were VERY knowledgeable and helped me select the perfect gift for my wife for Valentines Day. I got a special treatment that I dont normally get at those mall chain stores. The pricing was very fair and the quality of the piece was incredible. My wife loved it, she is a huge fan of jewelry and for her to be in love with a piece means a lot, so I know I did good by her. I will definitely be back to Roman Jewelers again for future purchases! I had wonderful, friendly, and helpful experience at Roman Jewelers. My sister and her husband purchased her engagement ring and their wedding bands there. They were so pleased with the entire process over 12 years ago, they even went back to upgrade her diamond of few years ago. Now that it is my turn, I could not think of a better place foe my boyfriend to purchase my engagement ring! Marie helped me pick out the perfect ring. She was fabulous! Cant wait for my boyfriend to go get it soon!

We had my wifes engagement ring put onto a new diamond encrusted band. One of the diamonds fell out after a few months, but they fixed it up free of charge. The people there are very friendly and the selection is fantastic. They seem to remember faces in the short term, but not after a few months, which I suppose is understandable. It made coming back for a previously negotiated ring challenging, though, despite having the hand written quote with us.

5 stars for Roman Jewelers!... I recently had work done on my engagement and wedding rings. Since the jeweler where the rings were purchased 15+ years ago is no longer available locally, I didnt know where I could go or who I could trust with my diamonds. ... This is the creme de la creme of jewelry stores! I live in Chicago, but came to New Jersey to visit a friend and stopped in this store to buy a gift for someone back home. I received excellent service, and they carried jewelry pieces in every price range. I ended up buying a beautiful sterling silver bracelet by LAGOS. Next time Im in New Jersey, Ill definitely stop by Roman Jewelers

Sophie and Lucy are both amazing. They know jewelry. Lucy is an amazing designer and Sophie is an absolute delight to work with. There was never a better jewelry company to work with.
