I must state that Robert s Fine Jewelry store is a perfect example of a mixture of "SUPERIOR QUALITY" watches from SWISS MADE MANUFACTURERS to other well known brands at varied prices. Besides the unique selection of 14k-18k Gold Jewelry and beautiful Silver designed quality items,ROBERTS has a staff of that possess years of knowledge,and experience and expertise to advise each loyal client with the detailed information of every piece of jewelry in the store. From their selection of diamonds,Robert,the store owner and Frank,whos keen eye and quest to assist and guide assures every customer that they will be able to purchase top quality jewelry at a price that is in their means.I can write this review from the my purchases at Roberts and my "Positive Experiences" with Frank,who assisted me numerous times. When you receive a call from one of the Staff asking if you were satisfied with your purchase and overall experience,You know it is more about the customer satisfaction and not the amount you spent. Remember,it may look like a store that only caters to certain clients,but once you enter everyone will make you feel at home.

Bobby was recommended to me by a friend and I realized quickly why. I was looking for a diamond necklace and both him and his wife were great at helping me pick out a quality stone and custom built bezel for a great price. Bobby was very helpful in talking through the options and what I could expect. I was on a time crunch and they quickly got this done and mailed to me within a few days! Although I was hesitant about the purchase without seeing it in person I was thrilled when I saw it. Bobby had taken on board all my likes/dislikes to create a perfect final piece. Would highly recommend Roberts to any of my friends and family!

Nine years ago I went here to pick out an engagement ring for my (now) wife. I had no idea what to do, but the staff here took me under their wings, answered all my questions, and helped me pick a ring that she loved. When it came time to selecting wedding bands, they actually custom made one to match the engagement ring. Its a perfect fit, looking like they were made for each other. I cant recommend this place highly enough.

I bought my Michele watch from Roberts a few years ago... Recently I went in to get my battery changed and inquire about another watch. The "Store Manager" was RUDE and when I confronted her with how I felt she became even nastier. Needless to say, I will never step foot back in that establishment. She should NEVER work with customer service that is for sure.
