My husband surprised me and took me to this location to buy a new wedding band since ours were stolen quite a few years back. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by Louis who asked us what he can help us with so when we told him we were getting new bands he was a smart man and took me right to the Neil Lane collection :) I wasnt expecting an engagement ring but my husband said go for it. So I did just that and Louis explained thoroughly about each of the rings I picked out. He wasnt pushy trying to push anything above our budget he listened to exactly what I liked and went from there. He was really great and we couldnt be happier with our purchase. Now Courtney she is awesome she really went above and beyond to get my rings in a timely fashion since we are moving in few weeks so instead of waiting forever as I say it only took couple of weeks and whatever magic she did there I appreciate it so much. I would highly recommend this Kay Jewelers to anyone who wants to purchase jewlery they took very good care of us. Thank you again im a very happy girl :)

Awful, paid to get a bracelet resized PROPERLY and they lopped off one side, which took two weeks. So now I have an uneven bracelet which is what I didnt want, the clasp was replaced. The old bat working there told me I was wrong because theyd charge me 75$ to take my clasp??? What?? Very bad experience, dont go here

Wonderful experience. Had a bracelet and my wifes engagement ring repaired and was very satisfied with the work. The staff was courteous and very helpful. I will be bringing my jewelry to this location again.
