OSTRACIZED A PAYING CUSTOMER Needed a watch fitted for a special occasion. Called ahead to find out the store hours. The woman on the phone told me they close at 4:00pm. I went out of my way to make sure I could get there before 4:00pm, and I arrived at 3:25. I was told by the same woman that I had spoken to on the phone earlier that they would not take care of me, and they were closing early because of "lack of business". Ironically, I was a customer that wouldve paid a premium to get my watch sized in a hurry, but instead me and cash in my pocket were sent away. I will never return.

NEVER! NEVER! NEVER USE LINNWOOD JEWELERS. They LOST my diamond wedding band, and then offered me half of what it was valued. They replaced my ring with a poorly crafted, undervalued, replacement. NEVER! NEVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR JEWELRY !
