Zales knows nothing about customer service. We purchased a "special order" rings for our wedding for a few thousand. Zales stated it would take one month and we told them that any longer than one month would be an issue. At the one month mark after not hearing from Zales, we called. They would need to get back to us. When they finally got back to us at 6:30 on a Sunday evening, they stated the rings came in on Friday but they havent had a chance to call us. Note that this store is not local to us about 40 mins drive each way and getting there after work is not an option. I had to take a day off work without pay to pick up our rings to have them on time for the wedding. Zales response, "Were sorry..." I for one will NEVER use Zales again.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. Never come to this zales location. I bought an eternity band from them which they had to size up. According to the sales rep it will take 1-2 weeks to get it done. Im calling them in 2 weeks no answer. Called in 3 weeks the store manger Jen notified me that it was a special order item. I asked her to call me back when she get some info on it, she never did. I always had to call the store myself. Now 2 months later Jen is telling me the jewler cannot duplicate this ring. I was promised to have the ring three weeks before the weeding. Now its a week before the wedding and we dont have the ring. ****NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ****

Terrible Customer service. I have a engagement ring from Zales and I do not live near a Zales. I was giving an associate an Item # to look up details if they knew a wedding band that would fit that ring before I drive 25-30 minutes for nothing! Very bad location, very rude, stay away if you wanted to be treated the way you should. Apparently only customers in the store matter and the associate could not be bothered.

Everything was perfect. I wouldnt have asked for a more pleasant experience. I had an allergic reaction to my engagement ring, it was past tye 60 day return/ exchange policy and they exchanged it for a new ring with no questions asked. The man was so helpful and such a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much.
