I wanted to get my ring resized and I chose this location because it is the most convenient. Its been 2 weeks and I waited for the call and email they told me I would receive. I go online to check and its ready. Then I called to ask why I wasnt notified. She said the emails come from Texas and they have nothing to do with that. Ok but I didnt get a call either though. She said "Well check your phone because we dont initial if we dont call." Um ok, very rude... I will not go back to this location.

Very incompetent people working here. I ordered a ring online and had it shipped here, went to pick it up two weeks later on my wifes birthday and they couldnt open the safe. Rudely told my to come back some other time. On another occasion, i dropped my wifes ring off for repair and they never bothered to ask to see the warranty papers, two weeks later they call and tell me i have to bring in the warranty papers or pay for the repair. Waste of time.
