Agree with several reviewers, the store itself seem quite large, good selections, lots of staff: This review is solely on their Service: As a Princeton resident, I wanted to keep my business local if possible vs taking the watch to NYC nearby my office. On 12/27, I gave my Rolex in for service. Met the person behind the Rolex counter, he provided a great sales pitch on how much care & thought goes into each Rolex service, and the upside of Hamilton doing this in-house. Was given an estimate of $845 and 6-7 weeks: Weeks easily fly by. Out of curiosity (8weeks later), I decided to check the progress online as the watch shouldve been done by now. Looking online in their tracking system, I do not see my repair order. When I go into the store, Im greeted by the same gentleman behind the Rolex section. I give him my receipt, whereby he goes to the back. 5minutes later he reappears, and tells me another person would assist me. A girl in the back comes out, and tells me "we were back up, and need to send your watch out". And added,"we did leave a message". Imagine my complete shock!!!! after all this time, NOTHING was done, and their reaction & attitude was "itll be another 6 weeks after we send it out". My 8 year old was with me, so I kept my composure. But believe me, it took alot of self-control to keep my anger intact, as their attitude were very nonchalant. I trusted them with a Rolex, and this is what I get for my blind faith in trying to support a local jeweler? On the work-order, it shows the name of the person writing up the work, I think out of common courtesy, the same gentleman shouldve informed me when I walk-in, vs being pass off as if I was a commoner addressing royalty. Anyhow, I think twice before taking anything of value / dealing with Hamilton; And btw, I did ask my admin, she recalls a call from Hamilton roughly 7days ago, which means they call once 5 weeks from initially taking in my watch. This really shows their great customer service follow-up on a high-end watch.

Hamilton Jewlers won my business for life. The staff is second to none; in paticular Hope, Eva, and Johnny. Originally I came in with two children, one of them being a toddler. The customer service staff had given the children balloons, juice pouches, and even a distraction while Hope assisted myself with my order. Hope was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and very sophisticated, her level of professionalism is rare to find. I dropped off my order and picked it up on April 1st after I receive notification that my order was done early. Upon coming to pick up my order, I had the pleasure to meet with Ava and Johnny. This time I only had my toddler with me, once the doors open at 10 oclock I proceeded into be welcomed with smiling faces and the offer for assistance. I made my way to the back towards customer service where I met with Ava and Johnny the customer service manager. They presented my order, and also spent time to review over my product. I wish there was a six star because they deserve more, good job to Hamilton Jewelers Princeton for setting the bar higher than Ive ever seen it before, not only with the products but also with customer service. They have won my business for life!

My family has been loyal customers of Hamilton Jewelers for decades. So when it was time for me to get married and pick out my engagement and wedding rings, my husband and I headed straight over to Hamilton! Ten years later and I am still getting compliments on my rings and have referred many additional happy customers their way. Even after moving cross-country to California, we still rely on Hamilton for all our jewelry needs. After a biking accident left my ring finger with some severe damage and scar tissue, I could no longer fit my rings on over my knuckle. After many emails back and forth with Alan over the span of almost a year, I returned to Hamilton to have them fixed and could not be more happy, pleased and impressed with the service, work and skill that went into fixing my rings. Even after adding a diamond to my eternity band to make it larger, you could not tell that any adjustments were ever made to the ring - they both look phenomenal and brand new! A top notch store with amazing jewelry, jewelers and service!

I recently visited HJ after after my fiancé found that a very small diamond had fallen out of her engagement ring. We were greeted by Hope in the repair department who explained the circumstances that may have caused the stone to come out and how to prevent future occurances. She also carefully examined (microscope) the ring to check the additional stones to see if any of those were loose. Although the store was busy she took her time and made us feel like we were the only customers there. She exemplified professionalism, knowledge, and she was the embodiment of what "customer service" is, ought to be, and feels like. If you go to HJ and you have a problem, or even if you dont...ask for "Hope"! She is a real pro...she knows her stuff, she is polite, pleasant, and professional. Before we left we received a complimentary jar of ring cleaner in a beautiful green handle bag. My wife and I have been going to Hamilton Jewelers for over a decade now and in all that time weve consistently experienced excellent and gracious service from a staff of professionals that are not only genuinally friendly but also experts in their field and ready to help you in any way you may need. We recently returned for service on my weddding band and one of my favorite watches and as always the work was impeccably done and the items were returned to me as if brand new (the service was also reasonably priced). I was lucky to be greeted by Johnny Hillebrant, the stores Service Manager whose witty sense of humour and warm demeanor makes you feel like you dropped in to chat with a friend- John reminds you of what customer service means and makes you wish every shopping experience could be this amazing! Needless to say, were fans and we just wanted to tip our hat to one of our favorite shops in Princeton and give them the kudos they so well deserve!

Outstanding from the moment I stepped into the store. I had seen many jewelers before to try and fix a problem I had with a watch. None could help. So since I bought a few watches from Hamilton in the last decade I decided to drive from central Bucks county to Princeton and see if Hamilton could solve my problem. After the receptionist greeted me , I was escorted to the repair department where I met Hope Mouko. Hope was professional and friendly. I thought my repairs would take a few weeks as others warned me it would take to get the job done. Hope evaluated my problem and cheerfully went on to solve the issue. Within 12 minutes I had my watch back repaired and polished to its original luster. Outstanding service and price. Thanks so much for helping me with this repair. God Bless Louis Tsarouhas
