Worst store to shop for Jewelry, I brought my husband a watch here, and ask them to change the battery for us after a year, and they say then can not do that for the brand that we had, and the sales person suggested we pay $10 to change it somewhere else in the mall after we paid $75 warranty to cover any damage includes change battery when stop working. Then I told them I dont want to do that when I can do it for free, and it is also their responsibility to change it for us since we paid for what can be done. Then they told us it has to be shipped out for change battery, which is ridiculous that they cant even change a battery for a watch. But we did it anyway, and decided to buy another watch, so my husband can have something while waiting for this one, and this is before I know they are horrible at customer service after sale. It took them three weeks to give me the watch back, and then I found out they broke the band of the watch from change the battery, again HOW!!! I went back and ask them to fix it, and they can not find my warranty information, and has to find at other store location. Worst of all the second watch broke too after a week of normal wearing. I ask them to fix the second watch under warranty I purchased for this one, and they told me it would take at lease 6 weeks, which did not come back until 6 month later, that is before the first watch went out for fix for the second time. I had to kept going back to them ask about the first watch, and finally got it back after ten month which is still not fix, and I even doubt if they even sent it out for fix. They say this time we would just order a new one that is same as this one, but it has been another six month, and they never even called me again after I went back another three times. I am tired deal with them. During the waiting time, they told me they changed jewelry repair company, and they are not meant to fix watches, which bring up my questions: WHY DO YOU EVEN SELL WATCHES? AND WHY DO YOU SELL THESE WARRANTIES WHEN YOU CAN NOT EVEN FULFILL? All they want is to take your money, and not even care about what happen after. Dont buy anything from them, especially WATCHES!

Worst place to buy jewerly customer service sucks and disrespectful!!!!!!!!! I cant believe i still have to deal with these people bc of warranty i even went as far to call and make complaint to zales corporation and they didnt do nothing but give me gift card seriously no all of those people need to learn to respect i drive now a hr away from home to buy from zales but just to deal with my paperwork and warranty i hate going there!!!!!!!!!!

Do not buy from these crooks. Remember, They all work for a comission. When they ask for what kind of budget you are working with, tell them not to worry about it. Always ask if the jerwerly is certified!!!! Most of thier bullshit is not certified!! For all you may know you can be buying a $50,000 rock from your back yard!! Go to macys or the jewerly row in philadelphia or NYC
