I bought a custom engagement ring from Exclusive Jewelers for my now fiancée and it was a really great experience. I shopped around for something similar to a vintage engagement ring my fiancée hinted at on Pinterest for about two months and found nothing similar. I showed the picture to Mike and Dennis and they had a 3D mold made that looked exactly similar (and this ring was highly detailed) in about a week for me to look at and the gold setting shortly after I gave the okay. I already had the diamond so they set it and did an engraving in the same day. They helped out a lot by walking me through the process and Mike would always call me to keep me in the loop with progress. After I proposed, my fiancée went to the shop by herself to get it re-sized and re-engraved which Dennis did in about half an hour. She was freaking out because her friends told her it took them about a week. The price they gave me was also extremely fair for the labor and material that went into the ring. My fiancée loves the ring and I couldn’t be happier with service. I wouldn’t feel comfortable going anywhere else.

JEWELERY REPAIRS BEWARE AT EXCLUSIVE JEWELERS I BROUGHT A 60 YEAR OLD FIGTREE DIAMOND PLATINUM RING TO HAVE TWO VERY SMALL DIAMOND PUT IN AND THEY SHAVED PLATINUM OFF THE SIDES OF THE SETTING AND PLATED OVER WHERE THEY SHAVED AND TRYED TO COVER IT UP NOT TO MENTION DESTROYING MY SETTING BUY PLATING IT .IT LOOKS LIKE A CHEAP CHINA RING NOW I CANT BELIEVE SOME ONE NEEDS .8 TENTS OF A GRAM $40 DOLLARS THAT BAD HOW PETTEY CAN YOU GET IM A TOP RATED SELLER OF JEWELERY ON EBAY I KNOW MY RING AND JEWELERY.I TELL OTHER JEWELERS AND THEY CANT BELIEVE IT UNTIL I SHOW THEM AND THEN THEIR SHOCKED I SHOULD SUE THEM FOR $1500 THE AVERAGE PRICE OF A 3.4 GRAM ANTIQUE DIAMOND ORNATE PLATINUM SETTING
