I almost always write a positive review on social media, so it is odd to write a very negative one. 3 weeks ago today, I dropped off my Rado watch to be repaired. I was told I would receive a call with an estimate. I didn’t get an estimate after 2 weeks and left a message. I didn’t get a call back and called again the following day. I was told I would hear from them on the following Tuesday – which didn’t happen. I called Wednesday and left another voice message that I wanted to pick up my unrepaired watch. I picked it up today and the older man (I assume the owner) didn’t’ apologize nor say a word. I went back to my usual jeweler today to fix my watch. My spouse had purchased a bracelet at the Jewelry Studio last year and we were told they fix watches on site – which is actually not true – they send it out to a different building. I am very disappointed.

One of the best places in Cape May County to purchase fine jewelry! They have a wonderful selection of items, especially Pandora beads. Very inviting atmosphere and the employees go above and beyond to make your purchase as easy as possible!
