We went in with the intention of purchasing a mattress, and we were at the desk ready to sign the papers and make the deal but we had a question on one of the charges. FIlomena our salesperson (who was great and very helpful) contacted her manager Ian at another store and he came on the phone and was short and dismissive and could not be bothered helping us. He stated I have guests here and I do not understand your problem and proceeded to hang up the phone , we felt like wowwe were not important enough for him to deal with our issue. We ended the sale right there. If Ian is an indication of the people they put in charge of the store, I am not sure I want to to do business with this company. We are still on the search for a new mattress and pretty sure it wont come from Mattress Firm

Tammy was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained the difference between the mattress types based on the problems we were having and lead us in the right direction. We left feeling confident in our purchase.
