Walked in and not 1 sales person acknowledged me except for 1 that gave me a not so nice look. Looked around the whole store and sat on sofas and chairs. Looking for a reclining sofa plus. The media display is long gone. I remember it had a nice couch in there. Old recliner styles.

Trying to get a repair,is a 2 month process,springs broke twice in 6 years. Wait a month for part,then schedule another appointment,as if that isnt bad enough try calling on the phone. Very disappointing for a high price chair!!
