We had such a great experience here! Josephine spent a lot of time describing the differences of the mattresses we tried and we felt she really listened to what we were looking for in a mattress before showing us any in the showroom, directing us to ones that fit our needs and wants. We eventually told her we wanted to go look at another store as well, to compare prices and see if there was anything else we were interested in outside Mattress Firm. There was no pressure to stay and purchase one from them. After we visited the other store, we went back to Mattress Firm and Josephine was ready to get everything rolling. We ordered our mattress Saturday night and it was delivered Monday afternoon. The delivery men were fantastic as well. We will definitely be considering this location when our daughter is in need of a mattress in a few years!

Would never deal with again! Moved my delivery date and made me miss work because they screwed up my address and would not change it to the correct one. The customer service for sleepys is absolutely the worst. Buy from some place else.
